I've tried a few different sets of earbuds, and most would just stop working after a short time. So far, these are pretty good. The one thing I really like is that they sit into the case easily, and very easy to put on. Sound is awesome and they'r ewaterproof so I can se them for training at the gym. Easy to connect, decent sound quality, and long charged battery time.

This device is way better than my previous Powerbeats Pro. It's effortless to put on, does not strain my ear, and is not Apple-exclusive. You will be getting the best sound money can give cheaply for $100 from a company that has been making sound products for nearly 80 years

Good product. Fits ears well. Sound quality is good. Consistently work properly. Not as clear nor as loud as the Beats Powerbeats Pro, but the Powerbeats Pro has issue with consistently working after charge. This is a very close second.

These I would recommend if your moving around and active. Because they have a clip over your ear they won't fall. When I'm just sitting at my desk I use in era buds. But for exercise you definitely want these. Also they sound pretty good. I have Sennheiser over ear headphones to compare them to, not as good as the Sennheiser but close enough. Other cheap headphones get distorted even at normal volume but not these. The only downside is the huge case

Excellent sound stays put in workouts, very close to beats OTE buds but max volume is one notch down from beats. Suits me fine running through high traffic areas and does not need to be more than 95pct. Excellent buy i bought one pair for home and then second pair for work/gym. Does not read out my texts like my airpod pro2. But for music, these rock way harder than the AP.

They are very easy to pair and use with my Samsung phone and are comfortable to wear. The reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is that the Ambient sound is very tinny and overly amplified compared to other headsets and ear buds I've used.

They sound pretty good and last a good amount of time. The only issue I have with them is that they can be a little difficult to put in the charging case and seat properly because the arms are a little too flexible

I love it. I use for workout at the gym, running, work, shopping groceries for either listening to music or personal or work calls. The don't go out no matter the activity. Sound is clear, great quality and control can be tricky to learn but intuitive in the end. Battery duration is surprising. I bought one month ago, I use it often, and I charged only once.

I'm beginning to believe there are no perfect earbuds. These EP 3's sound good, they're waterproof, charge well and are comfortable. The biggest drawback is that if you only want to use one bud it HAS to be the left one. I have no idea why some companies still make buds this way. It's severely outdated and causes the speaker to degrade that much faster. You can expect about 2-4 hours before the sound begins to go down with their charge. Another archaic design flaw. I can only justify someone buying these if they find them for 45 bucks or less.

Such good earbuds, they don’t fall out of your ears, and it has a long battery life. JBL, in my perception, is a go-to choice for premium audio experience. Best Buy always have what I need

I used to love listening to music privately when I was a kid with head phones. Then I got older… lol Now I am back. I like that I can sweat, and play with these on without loosing them or the functionality! Good sound, good price, good times!

Really like the quality of this item!! This style of ear bud works for me because the other style always falls out. I use them everyday and they have held up very well. My only wish is that it could pair with more than one item at a time so that I would not have to switch when a phone call comes in.

I'm picky about my headphone sound quality for listening to music on long trips and at the gym. These JBL's sound great and stay snug in my ear during more vigorous activities. The active awareness mode lets you hear your surroundings well if you are outdoors biking or traveling on a plane, if you need to speak to someone and not remove your earphones. Call quality seems fine to me.

Almost the best earbuds on the market, Almost.....

These earbuds are probably nearly the best on the market. They have one crucial flaw in that the ear piece is not round. As you move, they slightly giggle and let outside sound in. It also puts some pressure on the ear canal at the high sides of the oval. I have the smallest adapter on them and that did not help. Not sure which genius at JBL decided that the ear canal is now oval shaped. What a huge miss for such a great product. Every other aspect of them is spot on. They actually turn them off, unlike Beats which do not turn off unless they go back in the case. Power on and off is automatic and works great. No issues with connectivity to my I-Phone 11. The JBL was not necessary for usage. The touch buttons work great and are configurable though the JBL app. Very nice. Turning off the voice announcements though the app, is great feature too. IE. Power On, Connected, etc. I used them daily at my desk and three trips to the gym for my treadmill runs. I returned these after a week, only due to the in ear shape. If they fix this, I'll be first in line to get another pair. For the cost they are a great value but the ear shape comfort and letting the outside sound it a sucky miss on JBL's part.
