The earbuds are comfortable and the sound as good as my phone provides. The setup directions were written in super small print and barely helpful. The touch controls are very touchy and a slight bump disconnects me. Maybe it’s me but they are ehh adiquate but not great.

Have used these for a year and the battery life remains great, quality is comparable to higher cost brands at a good value. I use these frequently (while running, running around on errands, and while doing chores) and they have great connectivity and help make all tasks better!

Once again proving why it's worth it to buy PREMIUM earbuds. The sound quality is superior to my powerbeats pro however the controls are AWFUL. There's no way to skip tracks with only one in. There's zero app support and even when you do have both headphones in. The skip on the left headset is Buggy at best. Often the double tap won't skip but replay or back up.... This got to be super annoying. Also anyone that decides to chase after these anyways. The fit is poor and theres no off or on buttons the headset auto turns on when it senses its in the ear

Really comfortable once I figured out how to put them in. Put the earbud in the ear then put the piece over top of the ear. Otherwise they don't fit snuggly and hurt after a while....I'm older - so not wise to these things...but I learned. LOL. Now I love them. Great sound. Great Value.

They cut off after nit being in use and its seems hard to reconnect and sometimes the left ear dont work. The sound is good though its also hard to adjust the volume as well.

They work good for music or movies, but disconnect completely the second you take them off. They aren't the most comfortable at first but you get used to them.

We appreciate your time in providing your feedback on our JBL Endurance Peak II. The earbuds may disconnect whenever the power hook attaches or sticks to the magnet of the earbud, causing it to turn off. Please ensure that the earbuds' power hooks have detached from the earbud whenever you take them off to prevent this likelihood. If you need more help, please contact our customer support for further assistance. JBL
