Sound quality is not the best for music but OK for calls and podcasts. Too sensitive to touch, hard to adjust without accidentally stopping the music or skipping it.

I Need More Volume!!!

Good running and workout buds

Good quality headphones with nice punch

The bass on these is great if your the kind that likes heavy music. Sound fidelity is now as great as the AirPods Pro, but definitely passable.
