There was a problem with the left earbud losing sound but I went to YouTube and found a tutorial on how to fix the problem. The only thing I would like is to have more info about operating the buds in the paperwork that comes with the earbuds but I think everything electronic relies on YouTube videos.

Good, but difficult replacement policy

However, one bud seemed to stop being able to hold charges and the replacement process is difficult. JBL requires you to send in (and pay for packaging) so they could inspect before they will send a new one out.

Don't buy these - 2 pairs wouldn't charge

Wouldn't charge. Went through process of rubbing alcohol trying to clean the contacts, no luck. Best Buy wouldn't take it back b/c it was outside the return window by the time went through JBL/Harman customer service and they told me to go back to Best Buy. JBL took the product back, shipped me a replacement. Took multiple weeks (working out without the music i paid for), got new set back, exact same issue as first time in exact same left earbud. Asked JBL for refund, said they couldn't, shipped me yet another replacement. I bought Beats instead, they work great and charge is easy. Don't buy these.
