Too bad , they are nice but not there is some critical design flaw.. they actually have a sensor in the tip of the wing, when you stretch them tonput them in your ear is when they turn on and off… i i think that mighy be the failure point.

Posted .Thanks for reaching out. Here are some things to try that often fix these issues. If you have other charging cables, give them a try. (Be sure that the cable has the same type of connector as the original one that came with your product.). Try other electrical outlets at your location to be certain it is not a local wiring issue. Charge the product overnight for at least 8 hours. Check to see if there is dirt/dust on the charging port of the speaker. Check to see if there is damage/ bent pin/s on the charging port of the speaker. Sometimes wiggling the charging connection restores charging power. The work space environment with the headphones are amazing especially for construction I nevwr have to worry about headphones falling off.

This was while it was just sitting in my ear turned on but not in use.

Upon returning them, my husband told me to try these JBL earbuds. I'm so glad I did because they sound amazing. They have so many cool features for volume, mute and changing songs. I am pleased.
