After of about a month of using it I have no complaints on the design of these headphones and sound, it was the best choice. They charge quickly and have a long battery life. I feel that I have small ears and that the smallest buds feel big, My husband has the same pair and has no complaints on the quality of them.

The rubber that goes around your ear was way too stiff for my tastes. These were very uncomfortable to me. I typically like JBL products, but these headphones just didn't do it for me! Returned these to the store.

It's a nice idea to have wireless headphones: that is-- wireless such that neither headphone is attached to anything. For years I've used Plantronics Backbeat Fit, but I went with these as my backbeats have all died (I had 3 within 6 years) either because the left side went dead or the rubber became shredded (still on the left side). The sound quality is nowhere near on par with the backbeat fit: it sounds like I'm listening to music through my phone's earpiece. Like I'm listening to the speakerphone through a paper towel roll. Since music while exercising was my primary use-case and the sound quality was sub-par, this was an insta-return.

Bought for wife, they didn't fit her ears even with the different-sized pads included. I am using them and find the bass lacking, and the JBL Android app is terrible.

Even though I’m not very good with technology, I find this product easy for me to use. My only problem is that my ears sweat really bad when I use them or even the ones that cover the ear.

We appreciate your feedback and we're here to help with your JBL Endurance Peak II. First, let's reset the headphones to factory settings. To do this, place both ear pods in the charging box, while the case is charging. Then, press and hold the button on the right bud for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again. This restores to factory defaults. (Please note that charging must take place for reset to work.). It is necessary to forget earbuds on your Bluetooth settings before pairing again. We also recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please make sure the pins are dried before placing it back on the case. After the cleaning steps, please charge your earbuds for 2 hours to reach a full charge. If you you need more help, please contact our customer support. JBL

Bought these for my wife, she loves them! Pairing is super easy; turns on as soon as you put them in your ear. Will take a bit of time to learn the specific settings of each side ear plug, but thats understandable. Highly recommend!
