Charging cord wasn't in box so we had to find a compatible one but otherwise, no complaints. Case is sturdy and compact.

About 2 weeks after these were no longer returnable, the left headphone stopped charging properly. Now I never know if when I go to use them I will get 10 minutes out of them or if I will get to use them for a full length gym session. Super awkward when the left one dies and I just hear the music through my right ear so I end up taking them off. Dont waste your money on this junk.

This can involve ear wax, grease, perspiration, etc. Cleaning the earphones' and charging case's contact points will fix these problems. Wanted for over back of ear snug 'sport' fit, but difficult to put on; very hard to pair with blue tooth and nearly impossible to charge equally. Returned the day after receiving. BTW- JBL said the only way to fix sound quality is to download their equalizer app! Disappointing

They were great for 6 months

When these were working they were great for the price. But now I'm in the market for new headphones. I was at least expecting these to last a year or more for running.

Posted .Thank you for providing your feedback on our JBL Endurance Peak II. We recommend doing a factory reset on your unit. To do this, place both ear pods in the charging box, while the charging box is plugged into a power source. Press and hold the button on the Right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again. This restores factory defaults. (Please note that charging must take place for a reset to work.) It is also necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices to pair again. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support. We're here to help.

It is glitchy at times where it cuts in and out. Instructions are not clear how they turn on and off. Magnetics to keep them off are not strong enough to stay in place. Can use touchpad on sides to start, stop, adjust volume and skip.

You may also manually power it on by doing a single tap and holding the JBL logo on the left earbud for 5 seconds while out of the charging case. When you turn it off, you may place it back in the case and close it. If this issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance with your unit.
