The left one stops charging in the case. Manufacturing malfunction, STAY AWAY! I finally gave in after a decade and got the Apple AirPods - the Pro. Seriously amazing sound and technology!

Do not waste your time or money. I have returned my 3rd pair now due to one of the headphones not charging while in the charging dock. Same thing with all three pairs or these earbuds

I have an assortment of earbuds and headphones. I have used some of them while working out. They are either uncomfortable or they simply do not stay in my ears. The ear hooks keep these in my ears and they actually sound really good for workout phones.

Correct charging cord used. Checked contact pins to make sure they were clean etc. Watched YouTubes for help. Now product is worthless. Because this didn't last long would not consider using the JBL brand again.
