This earbud is not good! It has a lot of problems charging the pods. Sometimes it can charge one side and the other won't charge. Even cleaning the contacts (which apparently are 100% clean), it's not good quality. I had to order another one under warranty, but I ordered the Endurance Peak 3, because this one is not worth it at all!

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Endurance peak II, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

Worst pair of headphones I’ve ever had, by far. I choose the standard corded iPhone headphones over these all day. Sound quality and level is way below average. The worst part is the buttons...I can’t adjust these headphones or touch them at all without accidentally touching a button and turning them off. Then, when I want to actually press a button, nothing happens. They turn on when I pick them up off the counter, then turn off when I grab them from the car, then I’ll randomly only get one back on when I get to the gym. 20 minutes later the other headphone in my pocket will magically turn on. I can never get them to turn off...I have to go in and manually disconnect them in Bluetooth settings. All the hassle would be worth it if they were decent headphones but again, sound quality is really subpar and that’s being kind.
