Thank you for providing feedback on our JBL Endurance Peak II. Please note that our JBL Endurance Peak II has an auto-shut-off feature that disconnects the device after 10-15 minutes when not in use. This is mainly to save battery power and cannot be disabled. You will need to keep on playing music on your source device if you don't want it to shut off. If you have any questions or concerns about your device, please contact our customer support for further assistance. JBL

Thanks for your feedback. This instance is sometimes caused by the quality of your source, depending on what you are listening to. You may check the music player app on your source device to see if Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking. If you still find the bass insufficient, you can control the Equalizer through the JBL Headphones App to adjust and enhance the bass levels. If you have already tried this and remain unsatisfied with the bass, rest assured that we're always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback will be forwarded to our development team for future improvement. These are terrible, tinny. NO BASS at all. Controls are cumbersome, try to adjust in ear so I can actually hear usually ends up turning them off or changing track. Junk.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Please try to use an equalizer application on your phone to adjust the audio of the headphones to your preference. Here's how to reset your Endurance Peak II: Place both ear pods in the charging box while the charging box is plugged into a power source. Press and hold the button on the right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again. This restores the factory defaults. (Please note that charging must take place for the reset to work.) It may also be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in order to pair them again. We're always looking for ways to improve. We'll make sure to submit your feedback regarding the sound quality of our Endurance Peak II to the appropriate department. JBL
