Using the earbuds in areas where the air is very dry, can build up static electricity. If you receive a static shock from your earbuds, this doesn't mean that there's an issue with your device or the earbuds. This unit has an IPX 7 rating which is waterproof and sweatproof.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Endurance Peak II come with three sizes of silicone ear tips and two sizes of enhancer. You can try different sizes and see which one fits you best. You can also adjust the angle of the ear hook to find the best position for your ears. If you have already maximized the volume levels on both your source device and the earbuds itself and still find the loudness insufficient, please note that the EQ (equalizer) feature can be accessed through the JBL Headphones App to adjust and enhance the volume levels of specific frequencies in the audio signal. This feature allows you to personalize sound optimization to better meet your sound preferences. If you have already tried this and remain unsatisfied with the loudness, rest assured that we're always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback will be forwarded to our development team for future improvement.

However i have never been a fan of the in ear buds that are popular these days these at least stay in my ear when im active battery life is ok but at least the case is a backup battery
