But like the over the ear hanging, but a little tight. Can now listen to audio books while my spouse wears one and i the other.

Posted .We appreciate you letting us know. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue. First, check if the dropouts occur when the headphones and device are within 10 feet from each other and with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). Next, forget/unpair the headphones on your device then perform a manual pairing. Also, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. The last is reset, while charging, press and hold the button on the right earbud for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
