Our JBL Endurance Peak II is designed for music streaming while connected to phones, tablets, and laptops. It doesn't support aptX, aptX HD, aptX Low Latency audio codecs. Since these earphones are designed to be used for listening to music, watching videos may have an audio-video delay. JBL

Lost my AfterShocks and decided to try these since replacement was sold out - complete waste of money. Won’t stay connected to Bluetooth, battery life poor and the touch control is way too sensitive. Had them shutoff (again) on me yesterday while I was presenting in a webinar. Had to apologize to everybody about it made sure and warned all in attendance.

These did not work well for me. I tried to use them off a phone call and after hanging up on a friend 6 times in a matter of minutes, put them back in the box.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We’re here to help. Make sure that both earbuds are fully charged before using them. Keep a clear line of sight between devices to avoid interference. Shut down unused Bluetooth devices that could interfere with the connection. Avoid concrete/brick walls that interrupt the signal. Open spaces like parks can also cause issues with Bluetooth signals. Perform a reset while the earbuds are charging, press and hold the button on the right earbud for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If these steps didn't work, for further assistance, please contact us at (800) 336-4525 Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (EST) Sat - Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST). JBL

Junk. One of the worst purchases I've ever made. Way overpriced. Battery life, performance and sound quality were all better on my previous set that cost only $29. Really disappointed. I'm gonna try to give them to my son. If he doesn't like them they'll be in the trash.

We're sorry to hear that the right earbud of your JBL Endurance Peak II right side isn't charging. It is not uncommon to have charging problems with True Wireless headphones. You may encounter that charging stops, does not start at all or that one of the earbuds suddenly switches on and begins the pairing process. This is almost always caused by dirt on the metal charging contacts. These contacts are vulnerable because they can easily be contaminated by sweat, skin grease, or ear wax. They are usually gold plated, but gold plating does not prevent surface dirt. If you have charging problems, the first step is to always clean all contact points, on each earbud and on the charging case. You will need a cotton cloth or makeup swabs, cotton swabs, and rubbing alcohol. Also a pencil with an eraser for further cleaning. if you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support. Also, if your JBL Endurance Peak II is no longer holding a charge, try to use a different cable or adapter, test on another wall outlet, or clean the charging port/contact points. JBL

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We're sorry to hear that our JBL Endurance Peak II didn't meet your expectations. Please try doing a factory reset. First, remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices. Place both ear pods in the charging box, while the charging box is plugged into a power source. Press and hold the button on the Right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again. This restores to factory defaults. If you need more help with your unit, please reach out to our customer support service via our official website or toll-free hotline. JBL
