Poor design. The section inserted into the ear is too large. You put them in and your ears force them out. Youre constantly pushing them in only to inadvertently change tracks etc.

THEY ARE TERRIBLE FOR WORKOUTS AS WELL AS ANSWERING CALLS. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE GREAT FOR RUNNING, WORKOUTS, AND MOST IMPORTANT EXCESSIVE SWEATERS, I FOUND NONE OF THE ABOVE TO BE TRUE.

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. Source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. Please make sure that the correct audio input device is selected. Sometimes, the software defaults to using the device built-in microphone instead of the earbud's microphone. To wear the earphones comfortably, gently insert the earbuds into your ears, ensuring they fit snugly but not too tightly, and adjust the ear tips to find a comfortable position that creates a seal without causing pressure. If you need more help, please contact our customer support. JBL

Easy to use but sound quality is not so great. Also, it is not so good at usage when the device is connected to two devices. Once device is connected to second device, you need to forgot this device on first device and then reconnect it again.

    Only knock is the sensitivity

I use them for my workouts. Originally had beats however my sauna rotations I assume sweat them out. Anyway these have great sound quality, a comfortable fit and so far too tier charge quality, charged them once I brought them about two weeks back and haven't recharged since and I use these three times a week for a 2 -2.5 hours minimum. My one knock is the sensitivity of the headphones i like to wear hoods and each time it shifts the song does.as.well. So far so good outside.of that .

Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help. For your JBL Endurance Peak II to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. If you need more help, please contact our customer support. JBL

Thank you for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue with your JBL Endurance Peak II. If both earbuds have no sound but are charging, first try connecting the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if that resolves the problem. Next, reset the earbuds by pressing and holding the button on the right earbud for more than five seconds while charging. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in the Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair them again. If the issue remains, please contact us at (800) 336-4525 Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (EST) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST) JBL

We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Endurance Peak II doesn't have a noise-canceling feature. You might want to check our JBL Tune 230NC TWS, JBL Live Pro+ TWS, or JBL Club Pro+ TWS which has this feature. This unit has up to 6 hours of battery life. This may vary depending on volume and music content. If the earbuds don't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit. Please contact JBL Customer Support, so we can assist you. JBL

Item in review is decent quality but needs more execution upon the ear loop. This isn’t adjustable for more fitted flex comfort around the ears.

We appreciate your feedback. Bluetooth typically performs well within a 30-foot range, but walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede this. If you experience dropouts within 10 feet, there may be interference. To resolve the issue with your JBL Endurance Peak II, ensure it is within 10 feet of your device with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). Try to forget/unpair the earbuds on your device, and initiate a reset. To reset your unit, while charging, press and hold the button on the right earbud for more than five seconds. Lastly, try to connect the earbuds to a different device to determine if the issue lies with the earbuds or the initial device you paired them with.
