    The left ear bud doesnt. Work charge doesn't work horrible

      We're here to help with your JBL Endurance Peak II. Let's try these steps to isolate the issue. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please make sure the pins are dried before placing it back on the case. If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Support. JBL

They can pair with your device when the case is open, and each earbud connects immediately and independently, allowing you to take calls which either side and assign unique functions to left and right but it does not have a multipoint function. Make sure that the unit is not muted by pressing for two seconds on the middle of the earbuds. Also, try to check its volume level.     I only tried them for a short time and was very disappointed that it did not have a phone app interface, so everything had to be done with the earpieces, which was not desirable for me.
