The touch functions are very touchy, it is too easy to hang up on someone when adjusting the earbud. Hard to find the talk-through function that allows you to hear ambient sound.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't waste your money on these headphones, first off they sound muffled, sounds like you're listening to music in mono mode, second the way the case is designed the headphones don't make the right contact and they charge or they don't, they might work or they won't ....it's a horrible experience. And I've already cleaned the contacts with rubbing alcohol and the left one will charge then the right one won't then the right will charge and then the left one won't. They're just a horrible, wasted my money, and now from reading previous reviews they're non-returnable. Complete waste of money, never ever am I buying a JBL product. Oh and I forgot to mention they're also a pain to turn on, you'll put them on your ear and you hear the little sound then about a minute later they make the sound like they turn off, you take them off and then put them on and they go on, then again they turn off....just really horrible. >:|
