These headphones are AWESOME! They bring functionality along with rich sound. They are well built and flexible so no need to worry about snapping them. They come in a nice colors with something for everyone (except plain black). Gun metal, Silver, and Purple are what you can chose from. They are just so nice! Here are some things I like about them: +Sound quality! - did I mention sound quality? They are perfectly balanced to cover lows, mids, and highs. Not over powering with regards to bass, just the right amount. What you would expect of JBL, QUALITY! +Crisp and bright sound! - yes, sound is wonderful +Powerful - they get loud and do not get distorted with volume +Dual Functionality - can be used as wireless or traditional wired. +Case - well constructed and protects headphones well. Rigid but flexes to provide coverage of the headphones. +Wired vs Wireless good - sound using wireless and wired is very similar. JBL had done a great job with sound quality, yes for a third time! +Bluetooth Range/Connection - this has LOOOOOOONG range. I left my phone in the basement and went to my top floor and never heard degradation or interference. +Charge time - charged from dead to full in a little over two hours. Battery life is great and it charges to full quickly. +Battery life - advertised is 20 hours, I haven't got there yet, but these hold up well. So far 12 hours and still going strong. Music at 100% volume. +Aesthetically Beautiful - this are beautiful designed. Nice matte metallic finish with nice JBL logos on the ears. +Call Quality - my wife couldn't even tell if I was on headphones or handheld. Has echo cancelling built in, great wrok JBL. +Fast - these power on and off quickly, I would estimate less than 3 seconds. You will hear powering on/off and about 2 seconds later they are ready or turned off. +Snug fit - these headphones do not move once they are on your head making them great for weight lifting and running. +Noise Isolation - on ear cups do a great job of killing surrounding sounds. +Lightweight and comfortable* - this is true, but after sometime I felt a little pressure on my ear. +Share Button - I don't see this being big, but it is cool. It allows you to pair your headset to another bluetooth headset and share your music. This is good if you and your gym partner want to hear the same music while working out or running. Here are some things I don't like or wish I could change: -Comfort - after about an hour or so, I could feel my ears being pressed by the cup. It didn't hurt or give me a headache, but became a little uncomfortable. I have a big head so that could be a contributing factor :) -No aptX or AAC support - this should be standard for bluetooth headphones, but I get why they didn't because they would owe royalties to Apple and Qualcomm -Ear cups - ear cups are glued on so if you damage them you cannot change them unless you send them in for service. It would be nice to be able to buy different materials for the ear cups and change them out. -Not Splashproof or Sweatproof - check the weather or don't sweat too much because these are not advertised with IPX5. Be careful! -Battery Levels - I have yet to find a way to check battery levels on the phone/device for these headphones. -My JBL Heaphone App - this app does not currently support these headphones. You need to buy the Elite version and fork out some cash. -Wired Remote - the wire lack volume control. You only get one button much like older wired headsets of the early 2000s and late 90s. -Button Layout - I have trouble finding buttons sometimes. You can accidentally press the pause/play button or even the power slider rather than volume up. Overall you get a great sounding pair of headphones here. They are priced to compete with the other mid tier headphones out there. If you like perfectly balanced sound, these are for you. If you like overpowering bass you might me wanting more with these. These are wonderful overall. A must buy for anyone in the market for wireless bluetooth in the $150-$200 range. -=VERDICT=- Buy if you like nice well-rounded sound.

Easy, long charge life, exceptional sound! I would certainly recommend. This my second pair! My kiddos took over my first ‘pink’ pair I got on purchase...thinking they would’ve caught dead in them!

Great durable headphones. These sound great and will also work as a gaming headset. Just be aware that they do scratch easily and buttons will start feeling work after about a year.

These are far and away the best wireless, Bluetooth headphones that I've ever used. Pros: • The sound quality is fantastic! Music sounds amazing, with clear highs and good, deep base. They can get very loud without distortion as well. • They are sturdy. The headphones have rotating ear-pieces that snap into place. Once I adjusted them to my head I have walked AND run with them and they stay in place. I haven’t tried exercises with more motion (i.e. sit-ups or something like that) but these are so snug I don’t imagine they’d move. • They are comfortable. The cushion does press down, but it doesn’t hurt. I’ve worn them for a couple of hours straight and never felt that pain that other headphones can cause your ears. • The hard case is great (though a little large for packing). It is sturdy to protect the headphones and the pocket is perfect for carrying the cords. • It includes a 3.5 cord!!! I can’t say enough about how great this is. It’s so annoying to pay a few hundred dollars for an amazing set of headphones…that you can’t use like regular headphones. It was great of JBL to think of this and is something that should be automatic with any wireless headphones. • They are far and away the easiest Bluetooth device I’ve ever programmed. As soon as you turn them on a voice tells you the headphones are ready to connect and they start searching. It was so quick I honestly wasn’t ready (they’re charged out of the box). It found my phone immediately and has been paired with it ever since. Con: • The padding gets warm (as is the case with most over the ear headphones). Since I wear them to workout I’m afraid they might start to not smell so good, but I’ve been cleaning them regularly and the material seems to be high-quality. There are a couple of other things that might annoy some, but I haven’t found to be an issue: • The controls are oddly situated (though there aren’t a lot of options)—in most cases you’ll be pairing with a device that has a volume control though. I’ve used my phone every time so far and my phone volume control works fine. • They aren’t noise cancelling, but I don’t mind that at all. I walk/run with them and that would be dangerous. If you’re planning on using them on a plane or some other situation where noise cancelling is something you need you should be aware that background noise can be heard with these on. I am very happy with these and can’t recommend them enough.

I have a JBL speaker that have had for years now and thought i would give their headphones a try, but was disappointed and i returned them. Not enough bass for how expensive they are, i ended up buying the newest skullcandy crusher ANC headphones and they are incredible if you want quality sound AND bass that won't get muddy. Love JBL for speakers but these headphones are average in my opinion.

The JBL Everest 310 is very nice looking and great sounding. The standout feature is ShareMe 2.0. This feature allows the headphones to share out the audio to another bluetooth device. If you're listening to some audio over bluetooth, you can click on the share button and pair a second set of bluetooth headphones to these headphones and both headphones will be able to listen to the audio. However, it's not 100% synced, there is a slight delay in the audio on the second headset. These headphones come in a very nice travel case that includes a 2.5mm to 3.5mm cable and a micro-USB charging cable. I played some audio over the included cable and was pleased that the headphones automatically turn off (to save power) when the 2.5mm cable is inserted. You still get the same amount of sound, just not relying on the battery. The headphones are fairly light and quite comfortable. But be warned they are on-ear headphones and not over ear headphones. The JBL Everest 310 has many control buttons on the right ear cup, but it can be a little overwhelming. Audio is pretty clean as you would expect from JBL. However, the volume control doesn't go soft enough. I'd almost go as far to say that it doesn't have volume levels 1-3 like on other headphones, you can get as low as a level 4, but then it drops to 0. They feature echo cancellation, which is helpful on phone calls. But it's really no match for Active Noise Cancellation. While these headphones boast 20 Hours of battery life, I was disappointed to learn that they do not independently announce battery percentage nor time left. I read in the app store reviews of JBL Headphones app and it seems to report battery levels, but these headphones are not compatible with the JBL Headphones app yet. I also went looking for the user manual on JBL's site but it was not there yet. The included Quick Start Guide is set up in a curious fashion. The print is tiny. They start in English for the first few pages, but then it jumps to other languages and the returns to English to describe more advanced features. As these headphones become more common in the market, I expect JBL to release a firmware patch to adjust the volume control, develop app compatibility to these new headphones and produce a better manual. Once these milestones are reached, I believe these headphones will be a serious contender in the Bluetooth headphone market.

The headphones are comfortable. It doesn’t seem like it’s padded very much, but it was padded well enough for a comfortable extended listening experience. Overall, the headphones feel plasticky but are solidly built. The headphones came with an awesome, molded hard shell case. They also come with a USB charging cable and an aux cable. The charging cable was bright orange like the JBL Harman logo on the box. Not my first choice in color, but it’s certainly eye catching. Pairing was quick and seamless. The headphones advertise 20 hours of use per charge. So far I’ve been using them infrequently for two days, and they haven’t required charging yet. The sound is loud and crisp. Bass is good, and the sound was nice and full. Overall, I’m liking these headphones.

Purchased these for my son and they sound great and are comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. In less then a month the headphones would not charge or turn on so we had to returned them to Best Buy. JBL makes a good product I believe that we just got a bad pair. The exchange process was smooth

These headphones are great. I determined that I cannot tolerate over-the-ear headphones because after about 20 mins they give me a headache and jaw ache. These headphones fit on-the-ear and are very comfortable. Great for long flights and evenings on the balcony of a cruise ship watching the world go by,,,
