    Jbl did it again!!!

    I know it’s really too soon to do this review but I’m so impressed with these earbuds already i just had to. First let me start by saying that I’m king of returns. If a product doesn’t do what it says it can do i will return it without even thinking about it. I just returned my Bose QC30 because there’s no real functionality at all to them. For $300 you can’t adjust the sound or anything. But with these jbl Bluetooth earbuds you can adjust the sound to your liking and they are firmware upgradable. And the best part is no one is complaining about they can’t hear me when making a phone call. I’m really shocked that no one has even bothered to look at these earbuds. Plus they sound good right out of the box. Now as i said earlier, i haven’t played with the EQUALIZER yet but I’m sure it will make these sound even better. Well i hope that I’m not speaking about them too soon but I’m pretty sure that i won’t be returning these. I hope this review will help someone with their purchase of a really good headset

    Just came off 6 years with LG Tone (all of them). Which I loved.. But I am really glad I picked these up.. Tried in the ear only models and had battery withdrawals.. Ran across these and not much info out. other than bestbuy reviews. The suprise is listening to music, and hearing ambient sounds at with (low,med, or high levels).. I can wear both sides and work without missing someone talking to me. Sound is the same as my Tone X's.. Will see how battery holds up over the next year, cannot give input on that so early. But the Ambient sounds mixed with music is very nice. Noise cancelling is "Fo SHizzle". I work in a cleanroon environment with a large amount of machinery and it really works well. Wish I had these a long time ago. The ear holder is different, but I can eat and the buds dont fall out like the others I used. But so far very impressed.. Darn pleased so far..

    What I love most about this JBL headset is the ear buds, they are comfortable for all day wear and they do not fall out. I also love the deep bass, that is a huge difference from most other ear bud headsets. The neck band is also comfortable and does not slide around. Folks say that they have no problem hearing me and I also hear them well. The control buttons are simple to learn and large enough to easily push. What could be better? The Bluetooth transponder sometimes gets covered by my chin while I'm working out, causing connection problems. I also find that it has a short Bluetooth range when I'm separated from my phone by about 25 feet. This is my 2nd pair because the first one stopped working after three months and my second pair stopped working within two months. Since it is still the best I can find, I hope to get a replacement soon.

    Solid sound, nice controls, comfortable fit, effective noise cancelation, stable connection. Unfortunately none of this matters because the battery life is atrocious. The rated 16 hours must mean standby time or something. Actual use has never gotten past 7. I consider myself lucky if they last (fully-charged) for a 5-hour flight. These are extra disappointing given the price. You could forgive the micro life if they were tiny, cheap, or super lightweight. This is an otherwise great product, at a premium price, spoiled by a poor battery.

    Great for music!

    Pros: Great sound w/bass and call quality Lightweight Comfortable Cons: Battery life is only 14 hours no matter what. You have to charge them every night. Loud background sounds or wind will break up a phone call No signs of incoming calls Frequently disconnects from phone with no notice Worst part of all, if the headphones are on when you plug them in, the are hard to turn on after they charge.

    Sounds good, feels cheaper than they are

    I love that they have a magnet to keep buds together but on the down side the cords are so long and it defeats purpose of magnet. For the price they should connect multiple devices, they do not have this capability. For the price of these headphones you expect multi-point. They pop alot in your ear when trying to process the ambient sound, it gets annoying bc you can't really have them on in your car without them constantly cutting out when they think the ambient sound is too high. Bose handle this task very well. I returned for the Bose qc 30

    Very weak sound, poor bluetooth connection

    So in reviewing these headphones I am comparing them to at least 10 other headphones I have purchased. The sound quality was poor. They were weak in terms of sound strength and even when my environment was quiet the sound of the bass was weak. The bigger issue with these was the connectivity. They would randomly mute me while i was having a conversation on the phone. I thought at first it was maybe the buttons were sensitive to my shirt possibly rubbing them, but no matter how i wore them i had the same issue. Returning them to the store.

    Excellent sound and noise canceling, But the battery is a nuisance. I turn it on in the morning and use it for about 2-3 hours; then I turn it off because the battery doesn't last long. I turn it back on around 6-8pm by then the battery is either dead or very low. Disappointed but this is the only one that has had such a great sound system, with excellent noise canceling effect. I would recommend the product, but be forewarned, the battery lasts nowhere near 14 hours as advertised.

    I got these headphones because I listen to music for over 8 hours a day and wanting something very comfortable in my ears. I ended up taking these headphones back because two reasons the battery only lasted 10 hours also Bluetooth range was absolutely horrible I have had LG headphones that had Bluetooth range much much further if you have your cell phone in your car and you walk to your front door you will lose the connection for this price rain should be much better

    Not bad but over priced

    They don't vibrate when recieving a call. This really bugs me, especially when a head phone device boasts noise canceling. How am I suppose to hear my phone ringing? I expected better noise canceling and better sound in general for $200 headphones. The controls are pretty easy to control. They are comfortable to wear, however the wires for the ear buds are a little too long for me. The battery lasts a day of use. But don't try and go two days.

    I tried several of the more expensive in ear headphones and ended up returning all. One from Boise, Sony, LG and Jabra. All worked fine for audio but people complained about the sound quality when used during calls. These have worked great on both. Also are most resilient. Good build and they don't seem fragile. Having used similar ones for several years these have been the best I've ever purchased.

    Bought these for my wife for Christmas. She travels a lot and really wanted a nice pair of ear buds for travel. She loves the sound and features, but started asking me if she was charging them wrong because even after a full charge, the power would read at 60% or 70%. Not long after, they would be dead. This is a terrible Achilles heel for an otherwise good set of earphones.....

    Won't charge.

    It performed extremely well until I tried to charge it. I tried the cable it came with and 3 others. No luck. By the time I found this out it was too late to return it. Not a happy camper after paying so much for it. JBL used to be a good name brand and that's why I chose it over a couple of others I was looking at.

    I was in the market for a Bluetooth headset so when I came across these I had to have them. The life of the headset is true to it's marketing, the ambience awareness is absolutely remarkable it makes talking to others with music playing much easier, and the sound quality is great for being a Bluetooth headset!

    Not worth the 200$ that I paid for them. If I spend 200 plus dollars on a bluetooth headset I better have to turn them down while listening to music I had them turned up all the way and still could hear outside noise. I bought a pair of Sony super bass head set for 75 dollars and they blew these out of the water,Dont waste your money on this headset!

    For the most part, this is a good headset. I use it for listening to music on occassion and it sounds great. When i use it for phone calls i sometimes have trouble keeping my connection to my phone and it interfers with my calls. I wish it had more features for phone calls.

    I got them because they were supposed to be sweat proof. I never find out if that was valid. My ears are not big enough to house these things. I could not wear them comfortably. The microphone was the best of the most recent three I've tried. I would recommend this to a friend only if they had really big ear canals.

    Great headphones. Stays charged for about 10 hours . Charges quick and the sound deadening part works very well! By far some of the best head phones I've ever bought. Only downfall I'd they are not magnetic like some are to be able to stick earbud part to the main unit. But all in all 9/10

    Comfortable. Sound quality is nice. Great balance between bass and treble. Noise cancelling was tested in an indoor basketball court. It was muffled but you could still hear what was going on around you. Range is horrible! I could barely move into the next room without going out of range.
