Great sound for a small speaker. Like that it is water resistant and portable.

This is an excellent speaker with great improvements over the Flip2. Volume is loud enough to fill a room and the bass sounds better than most other speakers of this size/category.

After reading the reviews, I am glad I picked this little unit up. It works just as it was described in all the reviews. The buttons are a little annoying but work well, the sound it makes when you turn it on and when it hooks up to bluetooth are very positive and you know it is ready to go. We were looking for a speaker to listen to music that had a better sound than some of those cheap portable speakers. We decided to go with this one rather than one of the newer and more expensive versions of the same speaker and are very pleased with it. The music is crisp and loud. Awesome decision! And the battery lasts for about a week when used 2 hours every day.

The speakers give outstanding sound. I eventually purchased a second one so that I could pair them together to get stereo sound. The speakers are weighted on one side so you can lay them down, for example on a shelf, and they won't roll off. I found that they do get the 10 hours of play on a full charge. They will also automatically turn themselves off after a while if you are no longer connected to your phone. Whichever speaker that you have paired with your phone app will automatically pair itself again with your phone when turned on. The speakers, though, have to be paired again with each other in order to get stereo. This and perhaps being able to control the speaker volume from the phone are the only improvements that I see would make a great speaker into an outstanding one.

These speakers have a great sound quality at a very affordable price. You can link two Flip 3's for a more stereo type sound. Yes, only two speakers which is why I only gave it four stars. Jbl and other vendors advertise it as being able to connect multiple speakers but it only connects two. Originally I bought three speakers but I returned one after learning that only two can be linked. However, the mids and highs are pretty crisp on these suckers. They could use more a bit more bass but what do you expect for the price. You can't go wrong with this product.

I went into the store looking for a very good speaker for my special needs son to use via blue tooth with his ipad. The young man who helped me was INCREDIBLY helpful and knowledgeable! He recommended the JBL speaker and I have been extremely happy with the sound quality and ease of use. So much so that I went back and bought another one for my husband. I looked for Kodey Leach again to help me with my purchase and he was again incredibly helpful and friendly! I always go to Best Buy, especially because of the friendly, knowledgeable staff, like Kodey, that they have working there. My husband has been VERY happy with the sound quality of his speaker. He likes that it does not need charged every time you turn around also. Great speaker! Great Service!

This Bluetooth speaker was purchased for my nephew for his birthday. We went to the store with the intention of getting the Dr. Dre Beats branded portable speakers, but tested out several that were on display. Not only did these speakers sound clearer, they also work much stronger with the bass and were priced $100 cheaper. When my nephew heard one of his favorite songs on the speakers he told me flat-out that he'd be more than happy to get this speaker over the Dr. Dre Beats speaker. Enough said.

This speaker is great! It is extremely easy to sync with devices. It is a great size and weighs very little. Most of all it has great sound and bass for it's size. I use it by the pool and the volume is perfect.

This is the best portable Bluetooth speaker around. This is the second one I have bought my grandson. It has great sound, is small, and durable. He says it has more bass than all the others, even Boze.

After reading the reviews, I purchased this speaker. Wow what a great unit. It give off good clean sound as long as you are not looking for the sound of a pair of Bose. It works as intended. We use it in the woodshop, bathroom and kitchen. Can't wait for warmer weather to take it out to the hot tub ( being splash proof ).

This speaker has unbelievable sound for such a small item. I got it for my dad and he carries it with him everywhere. It is durable and easy to carry. You absolutely can't beat it for the price.

amazing speaker! has a decent bass to it. it's also exceptionally loud and it turns into a full on audio system with multiple flips connected to each other! would recommend!
