So far, it's a good speaker. The battery lasts and it sounds very good. I will see what it's overall lifespan is but so far, so good.

Highly recommended! The bass is amazing and you don’t have to turn it up all the way to hear the music. Great for taking it outdoors for camping or for parties.

I've owned the first generation JBL Flip for several years (maybe "many" is more accurate). It sounded so much better than any of the other powered speaker units I'd heard, and it is still working flawlessly (and holding battery charge) to this day. On a whim, about two months ago, I decided to upgrade to the "4" version. In a word, "Wow!" Yes, the bass is stronger and clearer than version 1; and yes, the highs are clearer, too. What I didn't expect was that the overall clarity across the full sound spectrum would be noticeably clearer as well - but it is. I highly recommend the JBL Flip 4 to everyone.

This is the best Bluetooth speaker I’ve ever had! With the amount of vibrating power on both sides, I’ve never expected this to be so loud with perfect sounds.

The sound quality alone is enough to make a person buy this. It has a slick style too it. It is water resistant and can be paired up with other JBL 4’s. I’m in love with it!
