Bought for my husband to replace his beats headphones and only complaint he has is they aren’t as loud but he’s happy with the sound he thinks it’s a better quality

Was looking for something that could be used for sports, the only thing I didn't like is that I can't hear external sound, that's make me fell unsafe while running outdoors for example. Overall the sound quality is pretty good.

These are by far the best in-ear headphones I have ever owned. I travel a lot and spend a lot of time in hotels. My company often has me sharing a room with co-workers. Many of which snore, some rather loudly, these suckers fit within my ear without being uncomfortable and allow me to drown out the nasal noise of my sleeping co-workers and help me get to sleep. They also sound great. Would put them on par with some of the best over-the-ear headphones I have used. Only downside is the lack of battery life. They only last a few hours before needing to be charged again. Thankfully, the storage case has a battery to charge the earbuds without being plugged in.

I'm partial to JBL as a brand but I must say that these earbuds are the best at their price level. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because the fit is perfect and they will eventually fall out if you are moving around alot.

They are a great product. I can listen to the music very clear. They charge quickly. I like the size and design. I really reccmmend this product.

Great sound quality in a small package. Comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Charge and carry case is very handy to have when on the go

I had these headphones for a total of two weeks. They stopped connecting to my iPhone/iPad, were not automatically turning off in the case as they were supposed to, and would not stop flashing blue and white. I decided to return them instead of trying to fix the problem. It’s not worth it to keep a product having so many problems 2 weeks in. I gave it two stars because I really did like the fit of the headphones and quality of the charging case.

Cons: No one can hear you when your talking on the phone. Pros:nice and small for being discreet on the job. Holds good charge. Very easy to work. And they sound okay but I just decided to take them back Anne get the Jabre they are 179.00 but wellllllllll worth the money I promise you!!!

Sound is good. My issue for whatever reason is I can not get a good fit. This has never happened with any other earbuds.

Using wireless headphones / earbuds is absolutely incredible and, not being tethered or having your movement restricted by cords is truly freeing. While the wireless experience is incredible overall, I don’t believe that JBL took the appropriate time to design earbuds to be comfortable, or to fit well. JBL did not make any effort to ensure these buds stay in your ears. They are bulky and insert just as any average pair of earbuds – no rubber hook, flap, etc. Just press into your ear and hope they stay in place. If you have every had difficulty keeping earbuds in your ears – these will absolutely have the same problems

They sounded good , (until they quit working altogether) They fell out easily during strenuous workouts.

JBL Free earbuds have great sound & with the various ear tips are comfortable. They stay charged about 4 hrs,

I will admit that these earbuds do exactly as they say. They will cancel all the noise that’s around you. However, that can also be an issue because you can’t hear people talking to you!!! Well, I got these because I needed something to go under my balaclava without protruding out and these work perfectly. I am a bit upset that you can’t use the earbuds to turn the volume up or anything but that’s a small issue in comparison. Overall though, I’m happy with my purchase

Bought these as a gift for my son. The battery life is outstanding and the sound quality is very good. These are as good as my beats and half the price

THESE WIRELESS IN EAR HEADPHONES ARE TERRIFIC. SET UP EVERY EASILY, CAN HEAR VERY WELL AND GREAT RECEPTION. WOULD CERTAINLY BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN.

Good sound quality and connection, but they hurt your ears after an hour or so of wear. Wish they were a little.more comfortable, but that may be an issue with all earbuds of this style.

Good sound quality, we have noise cancellation as well but can't use one at a time and the carry box/case is too big to carry around.

My sister loved these for Christmas. She wanted air pods but they weren’t available so I got these instead. Her only complaint was that they kept falling out, but once I had her adjust the size, I haven’t heard any complaints.

The JBL wireless in-ear headphones work very well for those who enjoy working out in a gym or on a bicycle. They also work well with my iPhone X and with my Samsung S9. Very good quality sound.

Lightweight and comfortable. Simple to connect are use. The buttons occasionally get pressed which can be frustrating but once used to them they are a great product.
