They require the left ear to always be connected and used and the call quality is horrendous. The sound quality is okay but the case is too bulky. Stay away from these until a new and better model comes out.

I've been using jbl products way back then and I have no issue with any products that I purchased. Operating is simple as ABC, and it's always ready when you take it out from the charging case. It automatically sync in to your mobile device. In order to obtain the quality sound of this true wireless buds you just have to use the right ear tip and right spot in your ear so you can hear the real quality of this jbl true wireless buds.
