Returned to the store and exchanged for a different brand.

The Sound quality was ok a 7 of 10 but the fact I couldn’t pair them once it unpaired by itself, I returned them in trying out the more expensive Sony ones now

Cauliflower Ears

My uncle is a wrestler and his ears didn’t quite work good with these earbuds. Overall I don’t know what to do. COVID is on the rise and I can’t return them can I? I bought two year warranty also. Please help Best Buy!!!

Best Buy had a price drop sale which prompted my purchase. Connecting the buds to my iPhone and then connecting the two buds to each other was not entirely intuitive. That is the one issue that kept this from being a 5-star review. I am very pleased with this product.

Working from home for over a year due to COVID they were great for walking away from the many meetings to get a glass of water, etc and still stay connected to the meeting. Also great for listening to music anytime, anywhere.
