I owned the wireless bluetooth that goes around your neck and countless times I would spray on my perfume thru out the day forgetting they were around my neck only to spray the buns then they stop working so I highly recommend these you can just spray all day

I purchased these on a Best Buy Deal-of-the-Day to replace my Powerbeats. The Powerbeats had the wire that connected the 2 ear pieces and I found that often the way the wire fell gave me trouble turning my head during certain activities. These are great. They were very easy to pair with my phone - just take them out of the charging case and find them under the bluetooth menu on my phone. No wires at all means complete freedom of movement. They sound good too. The first time I used them I noticed that they block out a lot more ambient noise than the Powerbeats, so much so that I could hear my breathing and my footfalls in my head. They certainly don't have the sound quality of a good pair of over-the-ear headphones, but they're good enough and the convenience makes it worth it. I recommend them.

    Really good earbuds

These earbuds are great. They synced up to my IPhone and IPad relatively easy and quickly. They fit comfortably in my ear snugly and not an idea just walking around at work, at home or outside. My only issue is using the earbuds while running or jogging. They tend to slip out of my left ear. They stayed in my ear while having a knit-cap on. Sound quality is great. Very clear sound listening to music and podcasts. I like really that the charging case can charge up the earbuds without being plugged in. The battery life on the earbuds is really good as well. Nitpicks- The built-in microphone is not the best. I tried having multiple conversations and people could barely hear me. Possible deal breaker for others; but not for me. The left earbud does lose connection on occasion, but it quickly reconnects. The charging cord is a little short. It would be nicer if it was little longer. The cord is only 11 inches end-to-end. A have another set of wireless earbuds and the charging cord is 16.5 inches end-to-end. Overall, I really like it and I use these earbuds more than my previous set. I’m just worried about losing one….so far, so good.

Poor connectivity with my phone while walking

The sound quality was good when I was standing still. Unfortunately, the ear buds would not stay connected to my phone while walking and trying to listing to music. Also had difficulty staying connected while making a phone call. I returned the product to Bestbuy and received a refund; however, I used my Bestbuy bucks and lost many of them because they expired since the time I bought the ear buds. I was not happy with the customer service I received at the Bestbuy in Menifee.

I love these ear buds. They are easy to use . There are different size adapters for your ears to fit your need. The sound quality is really great . These ear buds stay in my ear during my work outs and everyday motion. The set up is really easy and they connect to your device with ease . I really like them.

Don’t like that you can only use one to talk to people. The sound quality isn’t what I thought it would be. They are just a little too big for my ears. I have small ears so it may not fit like that for everyone.

Thanks for your review on our JBL Free X headphones, Mely. We usually recommend to adjust the equalizer settings of the music app you're playing from to hopefully improve the audio level. Also, only the right ear bud produces sound during phone calls because we want the headphones to give a more natural call experience but we understand where you're coming from and we're always looking for ways to improve. We'll make sure this gets to the right team but if there's anything else we can help you out with, feel free to reach us through here: https://support.jbl.com/us/en/ JBL

The JBL are good practical hearing aids, they are ideal to make a gift, it is good listening to talk on the phone and use them with the computer, the sound quality depends on the price. I recomded this product.

I purchased this product with the intent of using it on my motorcycle, the sound quality is incredible, the only thing I would like to see is a wrap around add-on to hold the headphones in for more of a “sport” headphone feel. The additional rubber adjustments are good they just still fall out every once in a while.

Quality sound like you would expect from JBL. Only issue is the ear buds are slow to connect out of the case and to join together. Other than that they would get a higher rating

The sound of these earbuds is ok. They are fairly comfortable, but you have to shove them really deep into your ear to get bass sound that I want, otherwise there seems to be no bass. Instructions said that when earbuds are set back in the case (which charges), the earbuds would turn off, but they didn't for me. I heard them playing in the case. Also it seems that they draw while they are on the charger, the earbuds draw current and deplete the charging station battery. I charged the case once, and after a week of no use, the charging station said it was at half battery power. I got a good deal on these, but they could be better.

The JBL bluetooth earbuds are good enough for what I use them for which is mowing grass and travel for work. I got them for $50 which was a really good price for these. Pairing them can be a bit hard once in awhile.

Horrible! These earbuds are very poorly designed. They don't fit in your ear good and are hard to pair with devices. The left earbud would never pair correctly and after one month, they easily broke and I had to call the manufacturer to resend a new pair. The left earbud never worked, even on the new pair. I do not recommend. Do not waste your money. The sound quality was lackluster as well.
