I've returned it thinking there was factory defect, but the one I got in return has the same negative function.

I have to look and see what the manufacturer's warranty is on them since I didn't purchase an extended warranty on them

She has small ears so we were concerned with the adjustments but the smallest ear insert works perfectly. I tried the largest insert and they worked for me.
