We could tell it was used because there was earwax on the headphones!!! The headphones also had a piece that was broken off.. we did end up returning the product to the store and exchanged it.

I’ll be honest I jumped into this due to the price tag of these true wireless earbuds. They have a 4hr battery life which was fine with me because I thought I could switch from bud to bud. Without the right earbud the left one is useless. It only works if they right bud is charged and in use. For me specifically this is an issue but I can see how it wouldn’t be for others. As for the quality it’s plastic so don’t expect them to be able to survive a huge impact. My right bud (still works fine) cracked from a short fall onto the bathroom floor. Charge time is quick and the case has a good capacity in it.

The newer models of our wireless headphones can be used independently, these models are our Tune 125TWS and Tune 225TWS.

Took her a second to understand that the battery life promoted is what you get from the headphone charging port. So just FYI they will die in around 4 hours and you have to put them back in the box to charge then use again.
