I called Best Buy to see if they had JBL's for my son. The Representative said they had them and suggested I order them on line and they would be ready in an hour. So I ordered them around 1p got off work at 3p and headed to the Emeryville location. Got there, and they were out. I was so angry and requested a Manager. The Manager looked at my order, apologized and said the only other store that have one is in Union City. So I had to jump in my car through commute traffic and traveled through a 4 minute drive from Emeryville to Union City. The Emeryville location was only 3 minutes away from my job. Sad that I had to travel so far when I could have had it shipped if it was in stock. Why was the inventory not accurate?

We did not expect to get this type of quality with the earbuds. They exceeded my expectations. The cons: low battery life, at first the audio would have trouble connecting within a minute of usage but after about 2 weeks of having them and constant usage - this issue was nonexistent. Overall, personally worth the money.

I love the item because it is small and fits perfectly on my ear. It is also easy to pair with iPhone. Unfortunately, there is a lag . If you are watching a movie,,, there is a like 1 second delay on the sound which makes it irritating,

I lost my expensive pair and couldn’t bring myself to buy another expensive pair so soon. These are decent. I purchased them because they were on sale and the reviews weren’t terrible. The sound sometimes has a lot of static and battery power is 5 hours max.

I listened to my friends buds. The JBL buds sound outstanding! I got a pair and had some problems with them. But the guy at Best Buy made it right. I love good business and great service.The simple things makes Best Buy my favorite place to shop electronics! A+ service!!!!

Really poorly made. Does not function properly. I bought a Skullcandy headphone at the same time for half the price and the Skullcandy was far superior to this JBL headphone. The headphone does not connect at the same same time as it's suppose to. Only the right side has audio while the left side does not produce any audio although it is connected. Tried reconnecting multiple times but does not work. I have owned this headphone for a year and the situation only gets worse.

I got sick tangked cords and temperamental wires that you have to twist and turn to get sound out of. So I decided to try cordless headset. I go days without charging. I listen to them for an hour commute to and from work everyday and could not be happier with the quality of sound and signal from my JBL.
