Went back to the store I bought them from to exchange them and they wouldn’t because I was literally 2 days past the exchange policy window. Told me I’d have to reach out to JBL. I threw them in the garbage on my way out the door.

Posted .Thanks for your review on our JBL Free X headphones, Yuri. We usually recommend to adjust the equalizer settings of the music app you're playing from if you find that the volume is too low. Also, only the right ear bud produces sound during phone calls because we want the headphones to give a more natural call experience but we understand where you're coming from and we're always looking for ways to improve.
