    Volume is very low tried on multiple devices. AirPods are louder. Don’t expect a whole lot from wireless earbuds unless the have an amplifier.

    I tried changing the earbud covers so they would fit my ears but the whole piece broke off while I tried taking it off. It was very disappointing!

    It was too much additional work to get the left to pair to the right and the phone. After some research, I found this was a common problem. I returned them.

    These are the smallest, most comfortable wireless headphones I have ever tried. The battery life is incredible, I get about 4 hours from these little things at a time. Actually longer, I take them out at lunch and they still have life in them. I toss them in the charging case and get another full charge in no time at all. I can make it thru a day at work only charging them while I take a lunch. The charging case adds an additional 20 hours worth of charge to the headphones. The case can get a full charge in about an hour. Sound is quite good. The range of the treble and bass is really surprising considering their size. My only complains are odd ones... I have a cold and can sneeze for 5 or 6 sneezes in a row. The headphones stay in place. As soon as I blow my nose, the left headphone falls out. Has happened 3 times today. Started taking them out before blowing my nose. The second gripe is a design oddity that I could knock a star off for, but these headphones are too good for that. There is no volume control on them. You have to change the volume from your device.

    Buds didn’t stay securely in my ears when walking. One drop and the shell on the left bud broke in two. Pretty expensive to be so cheap.

    They sound good except for the fact that your phone must be within 12" of the earbuds. Any farther away and the sound cuts in and off!!!!!

    You might find this on a killer deal but that’s for a reason this is my second pair, return the first ones because they kept disconnecting and so are this one they work for a while and now they are disconnecting it’s really annoying, my phone is on my pocket and they sound like if I’m out of range.battery life it’s not that great either

    I would never buy these again Id rather rather have no headphones than these. They hurt my ears like crazy and the sound quality is terrible, battery life is terrible too! Bad product all around

    Purchased these to use while at work. I am a mechanic and wanted something that have good fit. Was very disappointed in the sound quality in this product. there is no volume control outside of the input from phone. The volume is actually louder on my phone than when headphones were in my ears. they were also very bulky and attempted to use different fitments supplied unfortunately they would not stay comfortable in my ears. I actually returned theses to the store for a full refund. Very disappointed JBL.

    Bluetooth kicks in and out, not their best earbuds, but it works for what I need. Oh and only the right earbud works when using it to answer the phone...meh

    They are clunky and the battery only lasts about 2 hours. I don't like the fact that in order to use the left one I have to have the right one out of the charging case.

    I purchased theses on Black Friday for my wife and ended up purchasing her the AirPod Pros instead. For $50 I decided to keep them, however after the first song I listened to with these I immediately packaged them back up and am returning them. The sound quality is terrible, absolutely no bass, and they’re raspy. So glad these didn’t end up as a gift, extremely disappointed. They are comfortable, but that’s not enough for me to make up for the poor sound quality.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. In the event that left and right ear piece pairing is lost, power on both ear pieces and press the buttons 3 times on each ear piece to initiate re-pair. JBL

    Dobsnt keep charfw after a hour of listening. Poor sound and connetion. Hangs up in middle of call and sound is horriable

    These headphones were a great alternative to Air pods at first . After about a week of moderate use, the left earbud stopped turning on and stopped pairing after I charged them . I tried everything, but the earbud wouldn’t even charge in the charging case or even light up . Then soon after the right earbud would turn on and off. So obviously these were defective. Good thing I had warranty. I just exchanged them for AirPods Pro .

    Great sound but don't stay charged, even when not in use. Wouldn't reccomend. Expected a lot more from this brand. Loses charge in4 hours
