Can not get the left ear piece to work. Have tried to get support from best buy and they want to charge me for trying to get something I bought brand new to actually work. It's a known issue according to the research I have done.

I bought on Black Friday and they were lost until a week after Christmas. I kept them but bought the skull candy as a replacement gift. The skull candies were half the price and performed 10 times better and were easier to use.

you can use the Bluetooth to connect to the right side or connect to the right side. if the right side still have power you can use the right side or both sides, but if the right side run out of battery your left side is useless.

    Good sounding true wireless earphones

I have use a lot of different pairs of true wireless earphones and between price and Sound Quality these are pretty good. These lack an app and doesn't allow you to EQ your Sound or a transparency mode but for the price these do sound pretty good and doesn't have any connection issues like some do. The battery life is rated for 4 hours per charge and the case adds another 16 hours so a total of 20 hours of use. That is pretty average considering the competition. They are also splash resistant I think with a IPX4 rating so I wouldn't be worried about a light rain or sweat.

I was so excited for these earbuds but sadly they never worked. Best Buy was great about returning. I’m just disappointed by the product. The review of the product shows others with the same problem.

    Worst Earbuds to have

The sounds are alright. The worst thing about this product is how long can it last. The battery lasts up to 3 to 4 hours. Charging is very long. I want to like this product but it sucks.

The sound quality seems to be very bad. It may be user error but they don't work well for me. I am glad they were only $80. If the price ever goes back up to $150 I recommend just getting airpods.

Good buds, not good for exercise

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Volume: People who say the volume isn't loud enough need help. No way I could tolerate listening to these full blast. I have them in my ears right now at 3/4 volume and it is all I can take. Exercise: These are not great for exercise. The way they are weighted means that unless you have a perfect seal, even jogging will make them fall out with minimal sweat. There are many bluetooth wired exercise earbuds that will use pressure from the cable to keep them in place. I use the JBL contour 2, these sound just a little better. Bluetooth connection: disappointing that it didn't have Aptx. But the signal doesn't drop. I've had no problems with my Note 9 and Bluetooth. Also disappointing that they don't auto pause when you take them out of your ear. Charging and case. Interesting case. Bulky but good enough. Charges quickly, good battery life. Sound quality. On par with the iconx. Consistent with other JBL headphones. As long as you can get a good seal, it's impressive. Look: bulky, but not uncompetitive with other true wireless brands. Bottom line. If you can get them on sale, and you can get a good seal, they are really a great buy.

Not as good as my last JBL BT earbuds

I had high hopes for these based on my last JBL corded BT earbuds. Unfortunately, they don't sound as good, they let too much outside noise in and their batteries will die when left in the case for too long unused.

The headphones are cool, but after 6 months of minimal use one of them no longer charges. Very frustrating considering how little use they've had (maybe 5 times of use).

Overall they were great, but after 2 months, an earbud fell out while I was running, broke apart and is not repairable - also not returnable - complete waste of money.

Great for calls, Good for music

Pros: Simple control interface; -tap one side to start/stop -tap the other to go forward/backward Storage/charging pod; -nice and clean design -opaque cover allows you to see the charge levels -not bulky adds to the mobility and charging of the buds -- I've had other units with very large charge pods and they aren't easy to lug around if you are trying to keep your hands free or are on the go a lot Quality; -fit and finish is great on the buds and the pod itself -sound on calls and music is great/good (respectively). Music only taking a hit because I believe these are calibrated to be used more for phone calls and offer extremely nice highs/mids while lacking a little bit of bass, something you don't really want in the mix when on calls. Again, it isn't bad...just lacking a minor amount of fullness. I wouldn't expect (nor do I want) any of my listening devices to have "womp womp" bass, that isn't what sound "quality" is, but I do look for a nice, full dynamic range and these fall off compared to other offerings in this price-point in this one area. Cons: -battery life isn't the greatest -the above mentioned lack of bass, but I'm splitting hairs on that one Really, that's all. The battery life is about the only thing I've noticed in my continued use that could use some work. I've had no connection issues, no pairing issues, no call quality remarks from anyone I've been on calls with. Nothing negative other than I have to throw them in for a charge after ~90 minutes of continuous music.
