    I would not ever get theses again they are not worth 5 cents Not a good reception drops calls sound terrible. I return to store with no problem.

    Left earbud stopped working within 10 days of usage. Bought on 14th Oct and returned the product on 25th Oct. Will not recommend this product.

    Garbage !!! I bought these on a special pre Black Friday sale and return them the next day. Cheap feel, cheap sound, expensive even on sale.

    Had for 2 months. Stopped working randomly. Rubber wraps also get worn out and stretched and slide off leaving it unable to charge or use. Sad coming from JBL.

    awful headphones. right earbud fell apart and the product is now unusable. waste of money. get galaxy buds instead.

    Headphones were given to me as a Christmas gift, I have had them 2 1/2 months and now they will not hold a charge. I do not recommend purchasing this product.

    Typically I am JBL fan however these came apart after only a few uses. I took them back. Decided to go with Airpods instead.

    They were great while they lasted. These were a Christmas gift and they stopped charging yesterday January 26th.

    Don’t buy these. They are just a waste of time and money. They have no bass at all and they hurt your hearing. I don’t recommend.

    I am satisfied with these earbuds in terms of audio quality, they have good bass as well which I enjoy. Being able to listen to music with no cord is a necessity if you want to work out, but these headphones have a shortcoming in this scenario as they have no structural support (such as a hook) to keep them in your ears. Even with the provided ear pieces, I find that the left bud falls out of my ears as I am working out or eating while the right ear is fine. The biggest flaw in these earbuds is connectivity issues. Rather frequently, the buds will act as if they are paired to the device, but no audio is playing, forcing you to go through the 15 second process of putting them in the case and removing them, then waiting to connect again. Oftentimes I have to do this twice before I can use them, taking a minute or more, and sometimes only one ear decides to have audio playing even when both are connected. While the battery life is adequate, 4 hours is a bit low and I constantly have to stop using them to charge. The low battery alert on the headphones are also annoying, stopping all audio in one ear every 2 minutes to alert you the battery is low, and then the other one follows suit asynchronously. The case is far bulkier than other wireless earbuds, more than 2x the size of Airpods cases, making it difficult to carry in your pocket, plus it doesn't have a USB-C charging port, but rather the dated micro USB, which is unacceptable considering the hefty price. I bought these earbuds for 50% off and find that for that price they are amazing, however I don't believe they are worth the same price as Galaxy Buds or Airpods in terms of value and I could never spend $150 on them. Plus the lack of an app that allows for volume customization, these earbuds seem neglected and overpriced.

To sync the audio with the two buds, you can simply tap both three times to initiate re-connection instead of placing them back on the case. We highly recommend to charge the earbuds as soon as it's showing it has a low battery as this helps prolong and maintain the life cycle of the battery.
