    These are not good both broke in less than 1 month and now too scared to go into the store to return.

    Got for my sons Christmas gift and he never would hold a charge. Very disappointing to a kid when a gift doesn’t work

    These worked very well for the first day, then after a night of charging never worked again.

    barely lasted a year and I hardly ever use them which equals the definition of JUNK

    Hard to hear and cheaply made. Wouldn’t tell people to buy them. They are very cheap

    Solid Alternative to Apple

    I have been apprehensive to get a pair of truly wireless earbuds because I've seen all the terrible reviews, and they are pretty expensive. I did research for months, and I settled on the JBL Free Second Generation. In short, these are fantastic earbuds. In my daily usage, the 4 hour battery life claim is accurate. The sound quality is ok out of the box, but once you use the equalizer you can tune them to what you want. Let me tell you, I would more often wear these now than my Sony MDR-XB950BT headphones. These things bump. One thing you have to be careful of is making sure the fit is correct. If you don't get the fit absolutely perfect, you won't get anywhere near the sound quality you could get. One thing that has annoyed me is that the connection isn't always superb. There are some times that the connection randomely drops but hooks right back up so there is a skip in the music. A couple of times they have not connected right to my phone so I had to put them back in the case and pull them out again to reconnect. Other than that, the battery life has been fantastic, the sound quality has been great, and the fit has been comfortable and they stay in my ear. Overall, even though there are a few hiccups, these are a solid alternative to the dorky looking AirPods.

    Earbuds kept disconnecting from my cell phone and wouldn't let me reconnect bluetooth.

      Try to delete/forget your JBL Free under your Bluetooth settings. Once done, put the earphones in pairing mode to re-connect. If it didn't work, please do the reset procedure. Here's how: With the ear pods placed in the charging box, and charging actually taking place, press and hold the button on the right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod goes out and turns on again. This will restore to its factory default. Please note that charging must take place for reset to work. If the charging box battery is empty, please re-charge the box first. In case you still need help, please contact our Customer Support team at https://support.jbl.com/us/en/. JBL

    My favorite completely wireless earbuds yet. They connect quickly and seem to have no trouble with audio playback. The earbuds stay in the ear well if you rotate them 90 degrees. The range is pretty good as well, you can also get the two earbuds fairly far apart without them cutting out. The battery life is good and the charging case feels solid. I've tried quite a few different brands of in ear headphones/earbuds but these are my favorite so far. The bluetooth connection is great. With many other earbuds they cut out briefly when I walk or move. These don't miss a beat. It is amazing how far you can separate them and they don't loose the signal. If you are looking for some in ear headphones, I would highly recommend these.
