    Other person on phone call can not hear my voice

    When I use this headset and have a call, then other person reporting the low voice.

      Please try to reset the earphones if this can help fix the issue:

      Place both ear pods in the charging box, while the charging box is plugged into a power source.
      Press and hold the button on the Right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again. This restores to factory defaults.

    Worst ever in less than a week one side bud stop working

      We recommend trying to check if the earbuds of your JBL Free are able to charge, to do this, the light indicator on the bud must light up to show that it is charging. Please make sure that the charging pins are free from any dirt or residue to ensure that it has direct contact to charge.     Call quality was terrible I returned them ASAP now i know why they were on sale

      Thanks for posting a review. What you are experiencing is normal. The JBL Free will automatically switch to mono mode on the right earpiece when the call starts. After the call ends, stereo music mode will automatically resume. JBL

    So Free JBL True Wireless In Ear Headphones

    The True Wireless In Ear Headphones gives a great rich sound with easy Bluetooth pairing. It has a convenient Juice box that gives you an hour extra in 15 minutes for those long workouts. The no pause music feature when answering phone from other ear bud is cool and something you don't see on other in ear buds. The ear bud sleeves is a nice bonus and comfort while in use and hardly notice when wearing. Overall a great pair of wireless in ear headphones that durability and features rival the best.
