    If y’all don’t know what jbl is you should start here. Incredible value at the original price and the sale price is basically a steal I highly recommend these for anyone who likes a suddle look when they’re in you can’t hear almost any outside noise I’m very pleased with my purchase and I highly recommend them

    Like anyone I had be shopping around for great sound but at a cheaper price than AirBuds. So I decided to take a chance on these. In spite of some of the reviews indicating they tend to fall out, this was NOT the case for me. They fit fine and its nice to move around freely. What convinced me to purchase these was the frequency response: 10 hertz (lows) ; 22 kilohertz (highs). When used in conjunction with my cell phone player app ArmAmp the sound is great! ArmAmp has an equalizer and reverb setting along with other nice features. I would say overall good investment. One other thing with the Bluetooth, turn on Media Volume Sync under Advanced settings under Bluetooth. This increases the output volume. LETS ROCK !

    These JBL buds sound and perform good for a month and then... They'll stop charging like they suppose to. Case in point: I've had these buds on charge for two days. I'm normally and faithfully listen to them while at work and doing my workouts, except on my off days. So I've had them on charge for two days, got ready to used them, they get to beeping. 5-15 mins later, they shut off. I'VE HAD THEM ON CHARGE FOR TWO DAYS! I'm so upset and frustrated because this is the 2nd pair that I have had of these and both times the same thang happened. Good thing I have the protection plan on them. I don't want another pair of these garbage buds! DO NOT BUY! 10/31/18 @ 10p

    For me personally I loved these at first but one of my biggest issues is that they don’t stay in your ear very well, essentially since I have small ears the excessive size didn’t help keep them in. The overall sound quality isn’t bad but isn’t great either. I wear earbuds everyday and when one ear bud breaks in 2 1/2 weeks I’m definitely not happy. Although I did return them and got a full refund

    Left bud is less than half volume of right. Cleaned it, reset, etc.

    This product is too expensive for what it does. Cons. 1) does not sit comfortable in ear and I’m always having to adjust and never get the full affect because of that. 2) it always beep every time after about 12mins of having them in and it is SOO annoying when your trying to listen to a YouTube vid or something. 3) Whenever your on the phone you ONLY can use ONE bud which is the right one and nobody can never hear me even in quite spaces. 4) it doesn’t really get loud enough for the price. I say it can go up two more notches. 5) when you press The button to pause or something it RESPONDS AFTER about 5sec of pressing it. So late response to control. 5) it goes dead FAST 6) only one ear can control pause n play so when I want just the left ear bud I can’t pause or play I can only skip 7) YOU CANNOT CONTROL THE VOLUME FROM THE EAR PIECE. Pros.. 1) doesn’t really fall out ear 2) It’s easy to lay down with 3) the buttons is easy to press n you will not have discomfort when pressing it. Price is way to expensive for this quality I say this should be $50 TOP.

    This was a gift so no longer able to return. They worked great at fist but now they no longer charge. one side does not connect well while in the charger so does not charge so not even able to use the other one. Not worth the price.

    So I bought the earphones at best buy about a year ago. I have loved the speakers JBL makes so i figured these wireless earbuds would be amazing, but less then a year owing them the left earbud stopped working on me it doesn't turn on or charge idk why. only the right one works and it sucks knowing I cant get my money back. The other problem I have was that after having the ear bud on for maybe 20 mins it would start to hurt my ear from the inside so I would have to take them off for ahwhile and then put them back on. I wish I went with the jaybird or airpod instead. The PROS: these ear buds come with a wireless charagable case, charges quick, and the battery does last a long time other then that I can't recommend these to anyone. But this is my experience with these ear buds.

    They’re good for the price but I wouldn’t buy them again. For some reason they don’t stay charged long enough. I may have a defective pair. I’ll leave them on the charger overnight only to try them in the morning and they haven’t charged.

    Don't waist your money

    Have heard JBL products many times. Have always thought of the products as high end. Own a JBL Charge 4. Love it, Absolutely love it. Thought i would head to Best Buy to pick up a set of wireless earbuds. If I were BB I would take these off the shelf. It's hurting their reputation. The "Free" buds shocked me. Transistor radios of the 70's had better sound. The left bud would not pair no matter what you did. The DS offers better buds than these. I will test all products before i leave the store from now on.

    Disappointing

    I am a fan of JBL products normally, from a time way back when they had their tube boom box that had the best sound. I purchased these headphones hoping to replace all others. I reasearched the specs and they seemed to be exactly what I’d been looking for. Unfortunately, they fell short of the mark. The sound quality is not what I had hoped. The highs are there, but the advertised bass is not there. And the most disappointing thing is that after only 2 weeks, the right ear is no longer charging. I cannot, in good conscious, recommend these to anyone else. I will have to try others on the market, I think I will try the Klipsch...

    Charging case does not work, DO NOT BUY

    The comfort and sound quality of these headphones are really good however the charging case really sucks. Almost immediately I had to tape them to the charging case for them to work at all. This is a major inconvenience, especially for the brand. I was very disappointed with the quality and wish I invested my money in a better company.

    I bought the JBL FREE earbuds after my cheap wireless earbuds broke. I walked out of the store and I set them up and hit play... I immediately regretted ever buying these. They have NO bass whatsoever to the point where when a song with barley any bass (Halo by Beyoncé) comes on it was distorted. When they aren’t distorted they sound tinny and small. They are ok to connect and they had a very pleasing unboxing experience. Boy was I wrong. I even tried to see any good in them to look over the bad quality... of course i could not find any good quality except the look. For $100 I was appalled. I walked right back in and returned them. I then bought JLAB JBUDS AIR for less than half of the price and they sound INFINITELY better. Please do not buy these and go for a cheaper option I can guarantee you will not regret avoiding these pieces of junk.
