    The Worst

    Had these for a week and the left earbud randomly stopped working/pairing with my phone. Returning. Don’t waste your time and money.

    Disconnect frequently, left pod especially

    Wish I read the reviews before purchasing. As I am sitting here typing, with my headphones connected via Bluetooth to my mac, they are cutting out about every 3 seconds. I have other Bluetooth headphones that I connect to the same mac and have NEVER had this issue with connection. The left earpiece also disconnects frequently. Really had high hopes for these, but this is unacceptable at this price point.

    Uncomfortable and controls stopped working

    Their bulkiness makes for an uncomfortable fit. I have to constantly readjust because it feels like they are going to fall out. Even worse, the "pause" and "skip" functions which are applied by tapping either the right or left ear bud, stopped working after a week. Now, the ear buds connect just fine but I have to is my phone to pause or skip a song. I'm very disappointed with these.

    Wish it worked

    The right earbud will not charge or is defective in another way. The white light comes on for about 10 seconds when placed on the charger then it turns off. When I attempt to use the button for any command it does not respond. Only used earbuds one time.

    Customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my life for there products. For $180 for a pair of earphones i expected more from a brand like this i wouldn't recommend any jbl product to anyone

    The worst!! I hate them ! Do not buy! If you disconnect from blue tooth while in use they will not pair again automatically until you place in charging case !!

    After four weeks, the left side stopped working. I have tried to fix the problem following closely the instructions manual without results. If anyone could give me advice to solve this, please.

    These are going back. I should have payed more attention to the prior review because many people reported the same problem. I don’t recommend these ear buds.....
