    I have only had this speaker for 35 days and it doesn’t work at all now! It will not turn on it has a red light that indicates charging even when it is not plugged in. When it worked it had great sound and was perfect for what I needed it for Return policy is only for 15 days very disappointing I had another JBL speaker that I’ve had for 5 years and it still works so this one has something wrong

    my son had been wanting portable speaker, so I thought this cute little speaker would be perfect! NOPE we were never able to connect we live in small town that doesnt have best buy, we traveled out of town when this was purchased. So I wasted $50.00 dont buy!

    Bought this to pair with my new Alexa. Followed the Alexa app per instructions-did not pair. Called web site to get help, they weren't too sure themselves. Talked to Amazon for help. That's when it completely "froze". It had sufficient power to pair. Perhaps I got a "lemon" I'm not sure-returned to BB. Have never had a problem with pairing any other device before. Do not recommend.

    Wouldn’t turn on even after charging all night. Very disappointed. Returned this product.

    After charging get it paired to cell phone. Easy to setup and works great. Good sound, reasonable price.

    I purchased this about 2yrs ago. Recently, the charge doesnt last long. In fact, it only last 20min or less now before it needs recharging. Save your money and spend a little more on a better product.

    i thought it was going to be a good speaker because of the brand. But it was defective. It was tended on one side like if was hitted by somwthing and whenever i was playing something, the only thing you could hear was noice and interference.

    Discreet and portable, but does hold out for very long. Cannot handle music with a deep pass at high volumes and shorts out shortly after. Cuts out after certain volume. 3/10 wouldn’t buy again.

    Sounds very distorted and low volume. Worst purchase ever and made worse by the $40 priceFive and Below has better working speakers at a fraction of this items price.

    This product is awful. It never produced any sound , after connected to phone via bluetooth . Tried 3 different phones . Will be returning .

    All treble junk

    The sound on this is horrible. It's nothing but treble, and tinny at that. Even with the EQ on my player giving it more bass, it sounds terrible. Honestly, you can't even hear some deeper instruments. I'm realizing now, too late, that most of those reviews look like they were paid. That all talk about how waterproof it is, and conveniently don't mention the sound quality. Here to tell you the sound quality is worse than a telephone receiver.
