I used that opportunity to comment unfavorably on the quality of Best Buy’s off shore technical support as well as the manufacturer’s failure to respond to my issues. My review was never published. Maybe this one won’t be either. I have since returned the device to BB. Gotta wonder why the device is so steeply discounted.
