YEP CHEAP! static in the head set, and the person on the other end hears it too. The battery was fully charged and would only last 1/2 a day. really bad when buying 2 and both have the same thing. BUYER BEWARE! JBL used to be known for quality but now they are JUNK!

Sound was terrible

It did achieve a multipoint connection that I was looking for, however the sound of phone calls and music was extremely muffled. It might be the worst of the headphones for sound that I have ever heard. I will return them.

The other party has a really hard time hearing me and it gets so frustrating that I just give up and disconnect bluetooth altogether. Of course my return option ended 2 days ago. Just my luck. Guess that's why they were on clearance.

This one was by far the worst and the most expensive. After connecting phones to it there was so much static you could not hear anything .i thought it was just my husbands phone . So then I tried using it several times and it was the same thing .
