I really am enjoying these JBL ear buds. They are light weight around my neck and flexible so they can't break. I have been through several ear buds and these are by far the BEST!

Bought these to replace my LG Tone Pro headset that stopped working. I am a huge fan of JBL and had high hopes for these headphones. Unfortunately they were not what I expected from JBL. They are light and ergonomic, the battery life is acceptable considering the size and weight and sound quality is very good. Unfortunately that doesn't outweigh the fact that the magnetic earbuds won't stick to the headset so if not in your ear, they just lay on your chest. Also, when ending a phone call, they keep the line open even after the other person hangs up. You have to unlock your phone and hang up the call yourself. Lacking any voice feedback I had no idea my phone was still off hook for 3 minutes after I ended my conversation. Additionally, once in a while when turning on the headphones, they will emit a static sound that won't go away unless i power cycle them. Finally, the volume buttons are in an awkward position and easily confused for the play/pause button. I frequently pause my music accidentally when trying to adjust the volume. Hate to say it but i think I'm going back to another set of LG tones.

These headphones are very light I don’t even notice I’m wearing them they have great battery life pretty close to what they advertised

Amazing features, google assistant built in in a way that was so smooth you felt like you were in the future you dreamt about as a kid (Alexa also built in) By built in I mean it's not just a button that triggers the app on the phone, the software is actually built in. There is a talk mode that lowers the volume so that you can talk to people temporarily and then with another click go back to your music. There is an ambient mode, which uses the microphone to pick up the surrounding sounds of what's going on around you. It plays the sounds back simultaneously with your music for safety reasons. (This mode consumes more battery power) My issue with these headphones were volume, range and or interference , If I put my phone in my cargo pant side pocket and rode my bike, the audio would get choppy. The volume is truly lacking, this coming from someone who does not listen to loud music, because loud music usually destroys the dynamics of audio quality.

The phones have excellent sound. Volume control is easy to adjust. The earpieces are magnetic and hold together quite nicely when not in use. The earphones are thoughtfully designed. I tried separate earphones with Apple, but, alas, lost one piece when I had to listen to someone. Very frustrating. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a practical ear set without worrying about losing one earpiece.

Purchased these for my boyfriend and he loves them. He uses them while at work for calls and listening to music. They last and have good sound.

Battery life: Excellent Sound quality: Not nearly as good as AirPods (but much less expensive than AirPods) Cost: Excellent Fit: Hurts my ears - Unfortunately only Apple earphones (wired and wireless) fit my ears. BUT these work as a great back-up when the battery in Airpods need to be recharged. Use: Only for Bluetooth audio of TV and other audio transmission - I don't use it with a smartphone.

This is not the best headset I've ever used! The volume could be louder. As far as I can tell, the only way to control the volume is on your cellphone. It would stay in my ear better the last headset I purchased. Even after I changed the size of the ear piece it would still come out!

Ear buds have a very good sound to them, wiring harness is extremely comfortable around the neck area, i recommend it to family and friends

Sound is great. Using them for phone calls is really good. They are made if bendy plastic, so they don't stay in place very well.

Really good sound coming from a small speaker, I wish the bass was more pronounced.

Love it sound is good works great with all my bluetooth devices just wish there was more controls for different functions

These headphones are quality. The sound is clear and the bass is tight, not muddy and they hold a charge for most of the day. I can use both ear pieces or just one and I don't have to worry about losing them as they stay wrapped around my neck. I'm happy with these and would probably purchase them again.

Love the quality just not in love with the way they sit in the back of my neck they keep rolling to one side.

Dont like this set for gym use as the band doesnt clamp around your neck at all and falls off pulling the ear buds out with it. Not very loud either. Ended up returning them

Great sound and battery life. Very comfortable, too.

Lightweight and comfortable. Great sound quality. Quality braided fabric protecting earbud cords. Only downfall is the poor battery life. Have to recharge 2-3 times a day!

These have been tossed around the truck, the basement and worn in the yard while cutting grass and still have held up well. Battery life is great as I charge them maybe once a week with moderate daily use. The sound quality is good for earbuds...has good bass response and clear highs.

It's a tight fit on a bigger neck. Volume is good, comfortable in ears.

Good sound. Great for workout. The earbuds are not retractable.
