    I synced with windows 10 and while listening to a you tube video on how to sync with zoom the video kept breaking up. Stopped to make a sandwich and when i came back it kicked me off blue tooth. had to reconnect. This happened 4 times in 2 hours I need this to just work for my wifes business so she can run meetings. Shes not tech savvy, she just wants things to work. This failed horrbley!

    I purchased a device called connect so I could attach to the TV and be able to pair the connect and the headphones. I followed the instruction and I got a solid blue light showing they were paired. However I couldn't hear anything on the headphones.I made several attempts and had the same results. So I have $150.00 worth on equipment setting in a drawer.

    Very uncomfortable. Ears hurt during and after use due to small diameter of earpads. Go with something larger.

    Failure after Less Than 3 Months

    I've only had these headphones for not quite three months and already they are failing to recharge. I tried with different chargers as we have several. None works any longer. Not at all worth the $75 price tag with a failure this quickly.

    These JBL Live 400BT headphones sound truly incredible. I've had a lot of headphones in the past, and in my opinion, this model give a LOT of bang for the buck. The bluetooth is easy to set up, and always is available when the headphones are turned on, I haven't had to re-pair them at all. They're the only bluetooth device that has done well with my computer. I like that they have a cord for use when bluetooth isn't an option, although they don't sound nearly as great when using the cord provided, it's a low quality cord (only plays in one speaker). Thankfully I had another cord available and they play in both ears, but they still don't sound as good as when functioning wireless. I've had them for a week and a half, and still haven't had to charge them when used 2+ hours a day. I'm in love with these!!! For the money, they sound spectacular!

    Got these to replace my sons broken Beats and these are not even close. Are not comfortable to wear. I'm sorry I spent the money. Usually JBL is pretty solid but not on these.

    Worst ever. I don’t use them often because the spring is so tight It hurts my ears. During this covid19 period its impossible to get a return going
