Great Bluetooth headphones I saved lots of money on them.

Bought this for my young daughter . The sound is good and earphones feel comfortable when I tried them on. She like them a lot...

Not as easy to use as my old pair. Maybe will get better the more I use them. Much larger ear cups, so easier to wear long term than old ones.

These headphones are amazing. I would definitely buy another pair again if I had to.

These are great for the gym! Cut out all outside noise. Comfortable to wear!

There was an issue connecting the headphones to my computer that they should have known the fix for. I found the fix and it was easy to complete the connection.

These headphones were perfect for my limited in house use. I use them with my SiriusXM account linked through my phone. I have no problems at all with them.

I can't hear you. That's because the device blocks out the notice and let's you hear what's important.

All due respect to JBL, about the only redeeming quality of these headphones are the look/feel/fit, and the features they offer. I wanted a pair of over the ear headphones that could connect to multiple devices (phone, computer, firestick, tv, etc.) and looked and felt good. I wanted them to cover my entire ear to lock in sound. Noice cancelling of any sort would be nice, but, with a good ear seal, not entirely necessary. These headphones hit about 90% of the mark on all of those items. Problem: the sound is absolutely awful. If I'm being completely honest, this may have been the poorest and weakest and most shallow sound quality I have ever experienced in a headphone of any kind. Again, all due respect to JBL. I have had a jbl device or two over the years, but this was shameful to charge any more than $30-$40 for these. I actually feel like I should apologize to my son for buying him what I thought was a decent pair of JBL headphones for Christmas a few years ago. If they sounded like this, I'm sad that I gave them to him as a gift.

i bought these for my son's girlfriend for Christmas, and she really enjoys the wireless headphones!

I mainly used this for zoom meetings and I had to buy a Bluetooth adapter for my computer to connect it. I use it occasionally with my phone as well. Calls work fine, but I find my self yelling cuz I don't know if I am heard well or not. But everything works very well on it.

Bought these for my oldest son. He has no complaints about them. They get plenty of use.
