I picked them up for a great price, but ended up returning after a couple days. They are really comfortable, which is important to me, and the build quality seems decent enough, but that's pretty much where the pros end for me. The sound signature was fine, but as other have said, the max volume is really not loud enough. I think the call quality was ok, too. So add that to the pros. The touch to summon the assistant is so sensitive and triggers it at unintended moments. Also, this may just be a 'me' problem, but I have long hair and no matter what I did (short of putting it up), my hair would somehow get tangled/stuck between the outside of the earcup and headband where the headband connects to it. The space between the pieces is just wide enough to let that happen, it seems. I have never had that be a thing before and I have had long hair while wearing headphones for a very long time. Not cute. I was trying to justify letting all of those complaints go and just accept that they weren't perfect, except they kept losing bluetooth connection every few minutes, which rendered them ultimately unusable.
