Very good sound. I like the 3d sound it pucks up when available. Does not really filter out outside noise as much as I would like. I use it for meditation so I have to go in a pretty quiet rim to fully benefit from it. I've been using it for about a month noe

Sound quality was immersive and it feels good on my ear. The build quality on the ear pads is bad. After a couple of months the ear pads came off and I upgraded to the next model up and have had a better experience with that.

The sound was good on these earphones, but the controls are complicated. Also, when I tried to use them wired, rather than bluetooth, the badly designed plus would not stay in. I returned them and purchased something different.

These headphones are very good for their price. The ambience awareness really comes in handy when your having a conversation with someone in Walmart and you have your headphones on but you don’t want to take them off cause you have your hands full with shrimp scampi and your My Hero Academia shirt!

Knowing JBL, I thought these headphones would have good sound quality but boy was I wrong. These headphones sounded terrible! They had hardly any bass and the treble was horrible!!! I JBL is know to have a little bit more bass then Bose but nope, Bose headphones sounded way better. I immediately took these back to best buy. Absolutely let down from JBL.

Better pair of headphones than the jbl's 500 I bought previously in 2018. The wrapping of the foam on the ear pieces have remained intact, which the previous jbl model did not. Worth the upgrade, for sure.

Love this headphone. it's wireless and comes with the compatible google voice compatibility. They come with a cell phone wire but works perfectly fine with there wireless communication as well. The best buy price matched it so I got it for a steal. Leo

I mainly used this for zoom meetings and I had to buy a Bluetooth adapter for my computer to connect it. I use it occasionally with my phone as well. Calls work fine, but I find my self yelling cuz I don't know if I am heard well or not. But everything works very well on it.

For the price these are great. Two things: one is the highs and lpws in sound quality aren't quite there. Two when working out in the gym they of course get hot and sweaty around the ears but don't they all? Overall I am satisfied with them. Wish I could afford Beats tho!

I work from home and needEd good headset so I decided on JBL Live 500BT: I liked the look and sound after trying them on in the store. I figured that they would certainly be better than the other 3 headsets that I had at home. I needed to hear the dictation clearly so the price was okay too. Con: Everytime I put them on, my head would hurt really bad. Well, I tried them off and on for nearly 10 days... I was forced to return them. Well, since I liked the brand, I decided to try the JBL Endurance Peak and they shut off After only a few minutes... disappointed so very disappointed ...

Works good, microphone is good, sound is ok, it’s not loud and crystal clear, battery is ok. Build quality is good but you can get better headphones around that price. I would not pay more than $50.00 for them

These headphones have been great. I use them to talk on the phone and listen to music. Sometimes people say it doesn't sound good on the phone but usually I am outside and the wind is blowing during these times.

Decent headset. The best part is the pass through which allows you to hear outside noice. Probably not the best sound overall but works really well for me. There is an app that helps and I also have atmos which adds to the sound.

Great Headphones! Brought Em for a DJ Gig I have coming up and they are a great purchase! Sounds great and cant complain for the price and also they are wireless and Bluetooth compatible! Great deal!

love them so far went to the gym couldn't be happier with the products they make working out more enjoyable than ever especially when my last ones fell out constantly and I had to stop to get them off the floor.

They are exactly what I expected in a low prices headphone. Average fidelity, headgear probably won't last more than a few years with frequent use. But we knew that before buying and they fit the intended purpose well.

More for adults then younger kids. My son didnt like too much cuz they are a little bit bulky. But he is only 5. We both it for school. Its great product. My husband and I liked it a lot

These are a decent pair of headphones, nothing special in terms of sound. Don’t get me wrong they do sound good, but nothing to rave about.
