I liked these headphones but they aren't as good at noise canceling as others but still really good for the price. The inseam of the actual cup has started to come up and I don't know why it is irritating but not to bad.

These JBL headphones are awesome! The features are great, pairing is easy and you can pair with multiple devices. Talking mode so you can hear someone without removing them off your ears.

Bought this item on sale and it sounded amazing out of the box but after 24 hours I had to return them because the headphones would not turn off or connect to my iPhone. I attempted to reset it and turn it off but had no luck. Since they have a long battery life I didn't have the patience to wait for the battery to run out. I was really disappointed about this experience. I think I might've just one that was faulty.

I bought this product because my other wireless ear phones don’t block out enough background noise. While these don’t completely cancel out all background noise, they get the job done.

Not sure how these are so well rated - went through TWO with the exact same issues. Mic distortion with pc 5.1 adapter, and my pixel 4... Would drop signal with both, and were brand new... then after a week the battery decay is noticeable. lasted 20 hours, then 18, then 12 after all day uses. first pair lasted 3 months until this happened, then second went down and just brought back for oodles of issues. Pairing with assistant was AIDS with a GOOGLE PHONE, and would always have their software messed up and never update firmware for either products. Probably the issue! Said needed to be 40%, was 100, and mic always messeded up unless I reset the headphones or repaired? Their customer service is daft! this was both headphones! Bought skullcandy crusher evos instead... tenfold better for the price, 40 hour battery has been going for 2 days all day and only 93%. not 40 hour, and adjustable haptic bass feedback with physical slider. never a drop, never a mic issue, software has built in ear doctor treatment with pings to properly give each ear frequency depth along with bass frequencies. ya JBL, can you do that? then an equalizer, 3 modes for cinema, music, and podcasts. JBL is like apple products - overrated, undercut parts, and I'm going to do a breakdown video of these live 500bt and the JBL Free Live earbuds. Those earbuds are AWFUL for 150, i can get better Bluetooth connectivity from 20 dollar headsets. i go into a parking lot and it connects to EVERY BLUETOOTH DEVICE. PING PING PING STATIC STATIC STATIC. Also, earbuds had 24 hour battery, but reconnected so much more like 6 hour. also no software support for the ear buds, a firmware update might fix, but you say buy newer products that fix the issue that AREN'T ON SALE. so sale items are defective? special k; potassium. Also cheap buttons, they all lost firm connection after a week. Don't buy JBL, Skullcandy is leagues better for the price. Plus SK supports mental health right through their app with specialized headsets only for charity and through them, does JBL care about mental health or degradation of our worth to theirs not degrading? I think not. These reviews seemed very forced, no offense y'all, might investigate 342/492 paid customer 5 stars. seems forced to get sales. delete this? I'm outting on google too, lemon products that should be marked down to 70 dollars. not on sale for that. Peak Apple trickle to other companies. youtube.com/satansviolin. If you download the jbl app it gives you options on customizing sound, how much bass you want and so on. I personally would want more bass, but for the price of them it isn't too bad.

I purchased them for my son so I didn’t have to hear what he was playing. They have eliminated the sound and he enjoys not hearing what I’m watching. They work well.

all of my speakers and headphones are all JBL brand cuz i love there products. they make quality sounds, never get disappointed yet so far im loving it

Purchased this as a gift. So far, it appears to be a decent set of headphones. East to use and pair up. Having the option of going wired is great; particularly when you dont want to talk out loud.

Loud and clear sound But personally din’t like it because make you fell wired when are listening music and walking just not for me

Purchased these headphones as a gift. So I haven't personally used them but my cousin has nothing but good things to say about these headphones.

The quality of sound with these headphones was fine. We ended up returning them because they hurt our head, it felt like they were pressing too tight

It is literally plug and play. Other than it compresses my ear for an extended of time use, it is an EXCELLENT product with built-in micro-phone,

I've never owned a JBL headset before, but I had heard they were good, so when my previous headphones broke, I decided to try something new and these are an amazing replacement

Works very well, though sometimes does not connect properly. Also, originally it would not turn out even after charging. But the issue resolved itself as I was planning to return.

Not as loud as I expected. Fairly easy to use, but the buttons could be a little confusing to some. I would definitely want more bass.

Good sound quality headphones at a decent price but they don’t come with an optical port that would help connect them to most new TVs.

I would say that these are technically worth it, considering the price. But the sound quality isn’t great, and the sound spills out of the headphones, easily heard by others nearby.

My daughter loves them. A bit annoyed because my girl has her phone full of games and apps so she doesnt have the space to download the apps to be able to use them to their full ability.
