I was having trouble with my wired earbuds falling or being pulled from my ears. Problem solved.

I've used it some but not just as a "listening" device while carrying a phone as source. Limited tech manual so hard to set it up. Had some problems getting it to link to desktop (possibly desktop issue as well). I tried using it with Zoom conferences and had microphone problems.
