Great sound quality. Charges last for long time. Actually purchased 2.

As far as head sets go very comfortable. Great sound. But not able to connect to just any Bluetooth device. These will only connect to smart phones tablets and computers. Will not connect to a blue tooth transmitter that only has a pairing button. We have a 4k hd tv but it does not have a built-in blue tooth transmitter. we bought a good 5.0 Bluetooth transmitter was able to get a low end set of Bluetooth head phones to it to hear the tv. But as they where a cheap set they did not last. Bought these to replace the old set but could not get them to connect to the transmitter. Even had the Geek squad tech try and was told they would not work with just any Bluetooth device. Had to return them as we wanted them for the tv.

Love the sound. Stays charged for long period of time.

I love this for both comfort and noise-canceling abilities. It was what fit in my budget. The buttons on the side of the headphones are hard to access and manage. They are too close together and not too intuitive.

The sound is really nice! You can adjust your own sound with the app, it’s very easy to use, the noise canceling is really good. But. It’s missing base. Like really missing base. I thought about keeping them and dealing with it, but every time I would put them on I know I would think “ I really miss the base” and regret my decision. So this is the reason why I am returning them

Mostly good, at least so far. When connected to my pc, and my phone for music, the delay in music restarting after a notification noise can be a little off putting, but it is still much nicer than switching between sources all day. Feel a lot less tethered on WebEx calls with these too, so that has been very nice. Sound quality seems good to me, though I am not an audiophile either.

Headphones are great. The sound is clear. Bass isn't too loud. The ability to turn the noise cancelling on and off through the JBL app is nice. If I have any issue with them personally it would be that the fit is pretty tight. I wear a 7 3/4 fitted hat and it's just a bit uncomfortable. Maybe I have to wear them in a bit. Overall, a good product though.
