Bought Sennheiser model for my daughter. These are better! ANC is quite good for the price and features/connectivity is better/easier. Like the rechargeable aspect too.

Headphones stopped charging. Returned to Best Buy under warranty and go the upgraded one as this model was not available. Hopefully the new ones will work fine.

Tried on several different brands of noise canceling headphones and felt the quality and value of the JBL brand was the way to go. Bought 2 pairs for my wife and myself.

Very good in the given price. Obviously missing features like Noise Cancellation and would be better sound quality expected from JBL

My initial impression was that the weaved pattern and the headphone materials were of top quality. However, after looking carefully at the first JBL, the hinge was loose and the headset would not stay in a fix position. After returning it and thinking it was a lemon, the 2nd headset had two bluetooth signals. I did not really know what that was about, but later after turning off my computer and turning it on the next day, the stability of the bluetooth was awful! I had to keep removing the bluetooth device and readding it to prevent choppy connection. I would advise you to stay away from this headset. PROS: - The design - The sound CONS: - Terrible quality control - Bluetooth issues

I used to have bose before these and I think they have a better sound quality overall

I love the JBL brand, because of these headphones I have now bought a surroundsound system and looking to buy the wireless earbuds.

I purchase the headphone about a year and a half ago. For its price, it is a good headphone. However, the quality of materials and workmanship is disappointing, the leather and foam around the ears area starting falls apart even though the product get taken care of quite often

When you get things paired up, the sound is great. Noise canceling is good, not great. But the paring and connection is terrible. Pairing the headset to the device you want is iffy at best, madding at worst. Wanna pair it to another device...maybe. The directions are great about how to set it up initially. If yo want to put it in pairing mode a second time...take a Valium and start googling. Give up and just decide to reset to factory. Also good luck. After a year of occasional madness, I transformed the headset into tiny plastic pieces. It felt good. Bye JBL.

The sound quality on these is amazing. Balanced, clear tone. Equally important is that they are really comfortable to wear. Can't recommend them enough.

I've had these for a while now. Here's what I've found - Sound cancelling barely works. It will take out some background hum, but that's about it. But: It won't cancel airplane engines. Oddly, voices come through more clearly when sound cancelling is on. A breeze against the mics causes odd amplified sound. - These do not play well with bluetooth on my Mac. Specifically: I can't see the battery charge and the headphone volume isn't controlled by my laptop's volume controls. - Brushing against the earphone shell is very loud. - They're uncomfortable after an hour or two. I have to keep adjusting them so they hit my ears in different places. - I was attracted to the feature allowing me to plug into a standard headphone jack if the battery is dead. However, the jack on the headphones is nonstandard, which means carrying yet another cable for this eventuality. I'll leave sound quality to other reviewers. It's fine as far as I'm concerned, but I'm no audiophile (nor are these audiophile headphones.)

These headphones phone totally do what they said. The noise reduction is amazing and the sound quality is superior. Definitely great value for the cost.

I really like the jbl headphones I got had a pair of beats that went bad so I had to go looking for a new pair and these were black and on sale thanks bestbuy

Works great. Easy to setup and use. Just one issue - cannot seem to adjust balance between left and right components.

the volume at which i can listen to adult entertainment is astounding. it’s like i’m in there with them, and boy does that get messy. 10/10

We've enjoyed using these headphones whether working outside in the yard or hanging inside. The bluetooth connection works well.

Yes the Beats and Bose headphones had a better sound.... But not at double or close to triple the price. Wonderful item...

I looked at all the different head phones and came to the conclusion that these were the best value, best made and have the sound I liked.

These are easy to use and work pretty well, especially for the price. They fit comfortably.
