After using Bears by Dre word headphones for the past few years, I was looking for a comparable upgrade.... these are it!

If you are an audiophile or anyone that likes to wear headphones for long periods of time THEY ARE NOT FOR YOU. Sound quality is decent. The Noise cancellation takes some time to get used to but ok quality. I have bigger ears so the ear pads don't provide the best seal for them. Cons- Don't plan to use these at night. The on off and bluetooth light is like a beacon. I have literally used them to light up the hallway when walking around at night. For sure it takes out some of the battery juice to power the light. Biggest failure is the top of head padding feels like a rock. I don't have a sensitive scalp and I can't handle wearing these longer than an hour. These are not the quality you should expect from a $200 pair of headphones. Even at the $99 price range you are only paying for noise cancellation. Sound quality is par for $50 head set. The best thing about them is I flip the headphones around, rotate the ear pieces and just walk around like two mini speakers. Works well for taking phone calls.

Best Buy exchanged an older pair with which I was having problems without hesitation. They are performing very well.

this bluetooth stuff is new to me but so far feeling my way through, a few bumps but nothing i cannot figure out

I was expecting better sound and volume from these JBL headphones for the price. I attempted listening to my favorite music and the volume and sound at the highest level was not good. I listened to the same music on another set of older headphones A friend had and the sound and quality was 1000% better and I did not need to turn the volume up at its highest to hear clearly. The noise canceling aspect was also disappointing, They did not block outside noise as other noise canceling headphones have in the past. We also attempted to use them while gaming and same disappointment. We did try the tech support options and other information but nothing helped. I am extremely disappointed in this JBL product and it has been returned after one usage. Best Buy was awesome in the purchase and the return process especially during the pandemic.

I had high expectations based on the good reviews. The noise cancelling feature was fine in removing the noise from neighbors, but did not do well in more crowded spaces (a cafe). It has subpar sound quality. Also, it made my ears itchy, causing an uncomfortable experience.

Being a headphone junkie, i can tell you, i am picky! But these JBL’s are Amazing quality for the price! Highly recommend!

Great value for the money. Over a long period of time the Bluetooth became sporadic. Value to cost is there.

The best headphones I ever bought worth every penny half the price of the beats but just as good or better

I had an older pair that didn't look as good jbl has up the style on these new ones. they even work better than my old ones.

Bought this to gift to my niece and she's very happy with them, work like described and comfortable.

I have no complaints about these headphones except some ear discomfort after wearing them for awhile.

Bought these for my home studio and it gets the job done. I love JBL Brand and it doesn’t disappoint.

I always have been dealing with Bose, I have the speakers in my car, the flip 4 and the Extreme 2 all good with me.

I was hoping for spectacular sounding headphones but I don’t think the sound quality and noise canceling feature is worth 200$. I’m hoping to exchange these because the noise cancelling feature isn’t very strong. The bass is average. I may need to invest in a Bose or Sony.

My husband uses these when he is out mowing the lawn. He loves them.

The noise cancellation feature on the headphones keeps interfering with Siri commands on the iMac. When the NC feature is on, Siri keeps asking, “Who do you want to FaceTime?” I do not know why it is doing this; however, I have to turn off the NC to stop the interference.
