Decent headphone sound but call quality is not good.

wasnt a fan of how cheap and plasticy these headphones felt.

Returned these to get them in blue. Wish JBL would give more instruction.

The unit want turn off sometimes so when you go to use it,its dead..

I bought 2 of this but the quality is very depressed

Absolute garbage. Right after the warranty expired, the headphones refused to sync without a "hard reset" EVERY TIME I tried to use them. Sometimes they would work, sometimes they would not. I had to plug in the usb cable (required to reset them) and hold down both +/- volume as I turned them back on, hoping they would sync. Shortly after that, the left ear cup "pleather" covering became unglued and blocked the speaker. After that, even when I got them to sync, constant noises of mode changes interrupted the audio. I have other JBL products, but this will be my last JBL purchase.

I loved the sound, but the top of the band feels awful on my head. I got a headache almost instantly.

I was hoping to get great noise cancelling experience with JBL 650TNC but i am disappointed , i had an old version of a samsung Headphones and it was great. these headphones completely stopped working and i couldn't recharge them and after only 6+ months of use which was disapointing. i contacted Bestbuy but they could't help me to return it. very disapointed

Not too bad, just over price and the original pair had to be returned. Not really impressed overall. Best Bu ugh has gone down hill

Had to replace the ear pads after a month. I'm about to send them back for a blown left ear after six months. When they worked, they sounded ok to good (I guess). They were fantastic for watching movies, but as soon as I put music on, they showed their limitations... Crackling bass and tin foil treble. So, they fail at what they're designed for. I had such high hopes after so many positive reviews.

I expected exceptional quality and craftsmanship from JBL. This is the 3rd headset I returned. Extremely disappointing and dissatisfied. 12/16/1029 I'll spare the extra money for better head set.

Thought I was buying a good pair of headphones however they turn out to be a nightmare. The 2 pairs both broke a little after the return period was up. With one noise canceling would switch on and off the other the volume would gradually increase and lock the volume control out. JBL customer service was joke. Dont waste your money on these head phones.

They have lost their tightness, good earphones, just lost their shape. I have better at a cheaper price.

I purchase one and after two weeks it started coming apart inside the ear speaker so I returned it and got another one where I charged it for two days and no charge so I could hear my music.

About 9 months into having these headphones they stopped charging. They light up when plugged in but do not charge so they do not connect via Bluetooth or have noise canceling capability. I can still use them when wired in.

Nope. Poor made. Bluetooth does not connect. The buttons are hard and situated in random places of the earphones. 200 for these is just not worth it. With technology that expensive I shouldn't have to be struggling.

These are not over-the-ear - maybe over a child's ear. I found them to be very uncomfortable. Only 15 days to return it, now I cannot so it's a 120 dollar brick from the land of 15 days returns.

I have continued to use these JBL line year and year again for both gaming and consuming music. They have easy paring with the NFC paring option and the quality of sound is always amzing. They are comfortable and built well for hours of gaming.

Paused my dance party with these headphones to write this review because I’ve had these for months and they deserve it. I am no headphone expert but I could not love these headphones more. The noise canceling has been on since I got them and allows me to listen to music on a nice low volume to enjoy the entirety of the song. They will give you a good bump if you crank the volume a little. Easy to use. I didn’t read the directions for the first 2 months until I decided I should check everything they can do. Just overall a good solid headphone with great sound. Haven’t needed to try using the aux cord to connect to my computer because the battery life has been phenomenal. The Bluetooth easily switches from my phone to my laptop and stays connected. Microphone seems to work great when I’m on the phone. Just love these headphones. Only downside would be they are *slightly* heavy. When I do yoga with them on them shift around on my ear a solid bit.
