The main issue was immediately apparent when I noticed it can’t handle bass in the minimal sense. I listen to a good amount of jazz and the slightest amount of bass creates distortion. It’s very unfortunate. The equalizer does not help much and I spent at least an hour trying to configure these headphones so that there’s less feedback. They are quite comfortable though, and the noise cancellation works very well. I can absolutely see why they went on sale for $100, and even for that price it’s not worth it.

Make sure the headphones are away from other sources of wireless signal – you could be experiencing interference. If you’re streaming audio content from the internet, the issue could be with the internet connection and not your headphones. Reset the unit; switched ON, press and hold both volume buttons for more than 5 seconds. Your headphones are now reset to factory status. But I love how these are top notch quality and have a really crisp and premium sound! These headphones sound like they cost 300 bucks!

The only flaw is sometimes when laying down they stop playing music and you have to press play again.

Although I could argue that the highest volume on these is a comfortable and safe level for listening to music/podcasts/audio books/ etc. why do you wanna blow out your eardrums?
